I agree, I like that FB bud structure. I’d leave it for bit too, not long though.
Sweet sierra looks like anytime you want.
Too bad for the C99, it will remain and enigma.
That choco has been planted at the right moment it seems
Not surprised about N4 rotting, it’s heavy. No fasciation this time.
Smelling the smplaing coming soon?
Prepare the drier!
I think Sweet Sierra and N4 are ready for their fate. Drier was prepared last weekend and is ready to accept a load. I’ll save FB for next Friday
Not sure whether I’ll use the death fan for these relatively small plants. It’ll pay for itself with the bigger beasts, S1, FB, MDSxO.
I’ve been filling the wash buckets with RO, a luxury I haven’t had in prior years. Dawn breaks shortly and I’ll get busy with the scissors
Have a great day all!
Woohoo harvest starting for real, enjoy the evening
Happy SNIPPING @FieldEffect
Hope you got it all completed without too much trouble @FieldEffect
My own scramble has been nicely smeared across the Calendar. Whew
Well jeez. It’s been a wild few weeks.
Life is crazy, and the weed has moved its way to the back of my priority list.
But, did have a nice harvest! @Pigeonman the death fan is a big time saver when bucking the plants down. Glad to have that thing.
@MissinBissin Fighting Bilbo met the bowl trimmer yesterday. I got around 7oz with my usual tossing out of anything that looks suspicious. Lower than I expected but more than enough. There were a few buds that had some bugs and got tossed but very robust plant and glad I have a few more seeds. Nice berry notes on top of a woody foundation. Here’s what 5 ounces looks like stuffed in a grove bag, two 1oz bags for a buddy and my smoke stashes.
I’ve got to get out to the shed today and trim S1 and Sweet Sierra. Chocolope came down a week ago, she looked like a winner!
I’ve got a seeded clone of her inside finishing up. So there will be a lot of F2s. Another week before she is due to trim.
Mexican Death Sativa x Oaxaca is still cranking. We’ve had a storm blowing through I need to go check on her today.
I think MDSxO would go as long as I let her. Buds are really airy and loose, I was hoping they thicken up a bit but we’ll just see. Need to take some pics. Maybe just the most pure sativa I’ve ever grown outside. I think I’ve got at least two more weeks before frost becomes a concern but we’re well into the 40s every night.
Honduras x Panama also still going, may take her down in a week. Very limey south american notes, reminds my of Panama x Malawi. Small, reasonably dense flower clusters. She has looked hungry for N the whole run, it’s not just fade.
Cheers guys! Thanks for the seeds and advice along the way, things are still going just haven’t had much online time recently.
Its great to see your progress, Congrats on the Juggling needed to pull your Grows Off, you do have some Treasures for 2024
Thanks again for doing a great Job on the Fighting Bilbo!
My chair is still pulled-up as your making these tough Fall-calls.
Nice Work @FieldEffect
@FieldEffect The Mexican Death Sativa x Oaxaca was a beauty. When did you end up taking her, or is she still going?
I’ll post some pics today. They are all down. MDS x Oaxaca is still awaiting trim but I just brought some samples in from the dry cabinet for “testing”
