Yea kinda dumb question I know. I live in NY and have a dispensary 5 mins away, but the edibles and other products are low potency and high capital. Thought I’d toss it out there. Thanks!

For me, the best of growing is that I know big or smaller buds, bigger or smaller yeld, I know what I am smoking, all bio, no artificial stuff.
I guess the best is to grow and try to make your edibles, enjoy the experience and with time you may chhose to have edibles of a specific strain that goes well with you rather than eat what they sell you.

Ny has plenty of good growers with some even making edibles too. Check out some higher end smoke shops, they may carry products/flower from a local. Worst comes to worse invest into growing. Legal weed is the worst weed i have ever seen quality wise. A lot of sprayed hemp/trash weed that was extracted for concentrate then sprayed/resold is everywhere!Especially in New York! When you buy from growers you know it’s quality free of synthetic pgr,pesticides,20ew,ect. Life is too short to be smoking questionable weed, especially these days!

I don’t know what kind of products they carry in Ny dispensaries but if you see a good deal on RSO/Hash Oil or distillate, it is already decarbed so you just need to mix it with your butter/fat to make really potent edibles for much cheaper.

enjoy has been good. i’ve done the sativa and hybrid gummies and the liquid pouches. most sources add cbd or they don’t differentiate on the high type. that seemed important to me.
