Well due to powdery mildew I’ve resorted to doing a 12 hr sulphur burn last night.
Anyone that’s had success in doing this that could share there tips or tricks as to how long of a burn and the number of times I need to repeat would be appreciated.

I just blow the sulphur dust in front of the fan, and let it go everywhere, just don’t spray any soaps on as well, it burns the leaves up 
.

Imho, 12 hrs is a long time depending on your space. Like Shady said, make sure you haven’t sprayed any oils and don’t spray any oils. And you said last night, so you know not to burn while the lights are on, and make sure you air out the room before the lights come back on. As a general rule of thumb, I try not to hang sulfur burners over plants. I’ve seen too many mishaps. 
Edit: Greencure also works well for spot spraying.
