Yes sir that is the plan. i have got some loud seeds going 1- purple headband, 1- loud lemonade and 2- bagseeds

They just look hungry. Specifically it looks like a potassium deficiency but nothing to worry about. If you’re feeding regularly you might consider increasing your dosage. They look like they’re switching to flower right now so they’re searching for more P and K.
Your seedlings look great! The minor curling on the edges is natural and is caused by transpiration, usually from too low or too high RH values. They’ll adjust if you don’t

i have been giving the outdoor plants 1/4 strength fox farm nutes. i have yet to add the tiger bloom which is high in P and K. i will add next watering and maybe up to 1/2 strength. thanks @Lucy247420 cheers!
