Hey,
This is my first indoor grow after having okay success growing outdoors then again in a greenhouse.
Im using a Mars hydro 480w light in a 4x4 tent
Soil mix is a special blend of different organic materials and topped up with coconut water and aloe Vera juice once a month
First two bigger plants are what survived from the extreme drought that hit while i was away and killed all plants but two. One is AK47 x UK cheese and the other is a passion mango, both are at 3 months veg about to be flipped when I fly home from camp. Both seem to be doing pretty well and responding good to the soil and the auto watering system. Along in the same 4x4 tent I’m growing 6 CSI pretty nasty seeds that are doing well. Planning on moving the 2 bigger plants into my second tent to flip them into flowering and use the bigger tent to grow the pretty nasty. When the AK47 and UK cheese finish off Im planning on using that as the veg tent and the 4x4 for flower so i can have a continuous grow.
Currently using Kasa light strips to wifi control my lights, humidifier and fan while I’m at my work camp for 3 weeks. My water is controlled of a wifi garden hose timer and set up with 1/4 waterline and drippers to each pot. Using 5gal buckets for the 2 large plants that were meant for the greenhouse and using 3gal cloth pots when the pretty nasty is ready for transplanting.
Heading home from camp today to go crop and move everything around to get the plants ready for flower and get the smaller plants transplanted. Hoping everything goes well and I’ll get better pictures when I’m home. Currently using a wifi security camera to keep an eye on the plants and make sure everything is okay while I’m away. I work on a 3 weeks on 3 weeks off schedule so the difficulty is finding a system that works to keep the plants happy while I’m away.

Hard to tell but big plant with dark green leaves appears to be suffering from N toxicity… might need to flush medium and leech out some of the excess nitrogen. I’ve grown a few really dark phenos but the clawing down worries me

You have straight hose water plumbed up to your irrigation? Have you pulled a water quality report from the EPA on your water supply? It’ll tell you chlorine levels and heavy metal content.
In general plants appreciate water that has been allowed to sit for a few days to off gas chlorine. An air stone will remove the chlorine in a few hours.
I irrigate my plants using a pump on a smart plug connected to a 12v power supply that connects to this pump
That pump connects to my orbit drippers and puts out 12 ish psi.
Good luck

I would also remove that scrog net as it’s not doing a whole lot but blocking your access.
Here’s a video on how to use them. Yours is the bungee cord version vs a tight string, which isn’t enough strength for a true scrog unlike the string which can hold them in place

Ill see if flushing them helps, I took the pictures before watering and they seemed to pull the leaves right up a couple hours after. Still trying to figure out how much water they need without being able to lift the pots.

Water is from my well and theres no chlorine in it. Water sample was done last year and everything came back good. Had plans to use the net but got a crunch on for time before i had to leave and forgot to use it. Those 2 bigger plants were at the height of the net 3 weeks ago and they took off while i was away lol

Sweet. If your trying to scrog I would recommend a nylon cord net over the bungee cord. Use Paracord or nylon or polyester. I went with Polly macrame cord. Then install some eye hooks into PVC or wood and you’ve got a nice strong scrog net. The bungee cord ones are too large and soft to weave the plants. But the bungee cord makes a great low stress trainer, for autos and stuff. You can see the diy one in the video

That’s kind of the tricky part with watering cannabis but practice and experience makes perfect… what size container and medium are you using?

Update - Gave those plants a flush and they came around and look healthy, no more curled tips and lightened in colour. Ended up moving them to my second tent to start there flowering, currently on there 3rd week of flower. I’ll get pictures of them when I get back home from camp.
Currrently have CSI humboldt Pretty Nasty going on there 1st week of flower and looking good so far. Have 6 plants in 3gal fabric pots, same auto watering system, auto lights with a humidifier setup. Gave a topping of Gaia Greens bloom 2-8-4 at 2tbs per pot before flipping to flower to tie them over till I’m home in 3 weeks. Second indoor grow is timed and managed a lot better then the first lol
