I wanted to thank a good forum buddy for the awesome clones he sent. The shipping method was top notch and they used a clear tackle box insert to protect the clones. Louis XIII and LAPK are killer strains and I can’t wait to flower them.

was the technique similar to the DVD case method we use? were they already rooted, or just snips?
it’s been ranging between 100F and 106F the last 2 weeks here. not a drop of rain in months. with current shipping techniques i’d still have to wait until the fall. 
I was lucky this member lives in the state next to me and sent Express Mail. It took 2 days and both cuts and a rooted clone arrived in good shape. The sender did a great job with big, healthy snips and a very mature clone in soil wrapped in saran wrap. We’re in the 80s this week here and still aways from good weather to ship but he nailed it.

Been too busy to update with garden pics lately but I should be chopping the next few days so I’ll grab some finished flower pics then.
Had a visitor this morning that tried getting into the bear proof dumpster we store our trash in. I let him play for a bit and after he licked the cat food bowls clean I went out and shooed him away. Gotta love mountain living lol.
Yes, those are Christmas lights hanging lol. I leave them up year round on the barn and patio and just plug them in every year.
That looks like a serious trouble maker there. At least at the wrong place would be I’m sure.
This guy is pretty small but he’s 20 feet from the front porch and my wife had chased him off our back deck earlier in the morning. 90% of the bears I have dealt with have been good bears. Meaning they run away as soon as I yell at them. It’s the 10% of em that stand their ground and chop their teeth together and or bluff charge me that gets the heart going. I’m armed with a handgun while outside just as a precaution but they’re usually very wild up here and just run off if they see me. Packs of feral dogs are a bigger concern honestly as you can never tell what they will do.
Had to get a tooth pulled this morning because it cracked last night while eating dinner. Hadn’t been to the dentist in awhile and after all that fun this morning I’m in no hurry to go back. The new dentist was very good but the cracking sound the tooth and bone made while she was pulling it was zero stars lol. Hope everyone is having a good start to their week.
glad you were able to get right in to the dentist. i am no fan of the dentist myself.

The dentist said not to smoke but I have a few vape pens and some tinctures that have been getting used until I’m good to smoke. By Wednesday I should be able to smoke and Wedding Cake is on the menu for sure. Wish I had some Motorbreath 15 flower for this but I’ll be running it this next flower run so I’ll restock the cupboard then.
the big giant hole in your mouth getting packed with food every time you eat doesn’t help. 
another zero stars experience for a few weeks.

its not the smoke as much as the sucking itself it can lead to dry socket so dont suck hard lol.

I had my wife fill up the bong with smoke, no water, and I was able to breathe it in without sucking at all. I didn’t have any problems
Thanks , it feels much better today. Just gotta let it heal. I carry a 10mm Glock with hard nose bullets but it’s really just to make noise to scare off the braver, more stubborn bears. I have never heard of any attacks near us but I’m slow on my feet so its nice to be prepared.
Nice, i hit the volcano vape all night and just squeezed the balloon as i breathed in. Worked okay but no substitute for a big bong rip. Thank God for green dragon tincture, gonna have to make more here in the next week or two. 6-8 drops in my coffee in the morning really helps me function.
Well ya it is a bear lol. Makes sense that loud sharp sound will take the balls right out of most bears. The more danger seems like a mother bear with cubs but just dont get between them lol.
Black bears will usually not attack with cubs like Grizzlies do. The mom sends the kids up into the trees by calling to them and will usually try to lead the threat away or bluff charge to scare it away. The speed the youngsters can climb trees with is really cool. They just tear straight up the trunk like there’s no gravity lol.
