I’m not really in a hurry as my lights are perfectly serviceable. I’m more annoyed that there seems to be a hole in the market and the options are expensive and limited.

My guess is the marketing forces folks to upgrade to at min a 4x4 grow-space to get access to some of this rad-new (and working) tech. It’s a “smart game” they are playing, as if a new grower gets a 2x2 or 2x4 as their first set-up then when they want to go bigger, why not spend the extra coin on the newer tech available for that size space.

Quick little puny update:
So I wear a visor when I check my plants it keeps the lights out of my eyes and makes me look like a dogwalker lady
Here are 4 plants that require nitrogen that I will not give to them tomorrow for I am destroyer of worlds.
And here’s another one of those weird green things:
Very surprised at how few green things there are but no matter it will be what it will be.
What I’m trying to do here is make seeds suited to my outdoor climate for next year so that’s the long term goal.

So I had a friend or 2 over and we had a little sativa tasting party.
The Congo x Bhangi was the clear standout. Lemon church instant cerebral.
The Panama x Honduras had similar qualities and was very good too. Mrs Foreigner complained she had to go get her grinder. That’s high praise.
Then there was the Bahia Blackhead which i believe is indica ish so maybe didn’t fit the mood of a sativa party.
The roof ‘95 was nice but a little harsh and unremarkable.
As a note it was really fun trying a bunch of new weed with a bunch of people. It’s especially interesting if you didn’t grow it yourself and can be totally objective.
I’d totally do it again and I expect most of us have done the same already but it not, great fun.

Only hiccup is when it all blends together to a point where you can’t tell what’s causing what anymore.

Hard for me to say but I had a friend sample it and she said “it didn’t get me high but it calmed me down, weird.”

So kind of like cbd… I read somewhere else that it has a certain alertness to it. Never tried such a variety or at least don’t know if…

Exciting day today:
I watered my plants.
It was a mind blowing experience.
I think I’ll do it again sometime 
They are already showing some issues which I attribute to the stresses of seed production but I’m not worried I’ll just tweak the feed and move forward.

I have a theory, my whole house smelt when i was running them at 32°C…
Now i run them at cold temps, when my room was full of flowers it was at 22°C…
I think the cold temperatures preserve terps and prevent them from evaporation…

IME seed plants always look like shit. Maybe I just don’t treat them right but it’s always a fine line between too little and too much.

I’m happy to limp across the finish line. I’m going to rip off the affected leaves and watch for spread. If I does I will take some corrective action but for now I think it’s fine.
