Foreigner Goes Legal

I do have an ice maker but it only does small quantities at a time and I can’t be bothered to babysit it for the whole afternoon. $7 on ice well spent.

Here’s the first 25u pull

Let there be ice…and there was hash…
Ooops!
I think I read it wrong…

Here’s something a little nicer:

Protocol stuff:

If that @lophophora.ca guy tells me to clean my bathroom I swear to god…

Nugget pics:

Here you can see the difference between the textures of the 25 and the 45

Clean up is a bitch and I need more rubbing alcohol but all in all not too bad for an afternoon.

Scope of the first 45

Scope of the last 45

Not too much of a difference.

Cheers and have a nice evening

I’m confused, what was the last plate picture from the first series?

Also, holy moly nice hash!

The second plate pic I was trying to show how the water colour had darkened from just a quick bath.

Thanks man!

Thanks guys.

Also, fun fact, I almost threw the humidity sensor from my jar in with the wash. I didn’t notice it was there and shook it loose.

I noticed before the water hit but what a bonehead move

Not sure why but my Everyday Haze has taken on just a whiff of mango…

Mango coming in late! That’s a very predominant scent from the malawi x panama strain that was used as a male before the backcross to Panama haze.

The smell has matured quite a bit. I don’t want to turn all sommelier here but it smells like an old church just polished with lemon cleaner and some fruit. Mrs Foreigner said “wow that smells. It doesn’t smell like weed but it smells.”

I processed and jarred plant 1 today.

She gave me a gallon of nice buds with just a bit of larf.

A couple of pics. I’ve been trying to get a “bud, life cycle from start to finish” here and I’ve been following this one around.

My attempt to show the trichs

They look very strange compared to what I normally think of as trichs. This is more like a thin sheet of resin instead of big stems. More like a thin layer of glass over the whole thing. Or a tree branch in an ice storm. I dunno.

Anyway plant 3 should be dry in a few days so we’ll get there.

I was going to press my hash today but decided it was a little too wet still so I called it off. So instead I’m watching action movies.

Thanks guys.

Yeah but it’s only because they have free wine.

So Foreigner has a busy day today.

I’ve run out of jars. Rather than go get more I’ve decided to dispose of some old stock quickly.

Some is going towards hash and some is going towards butter.

I’m still going to have to vacuum seal some.

Plant 3 might go into jars today.

I might press some hash. Harvest time is very busy but I’m getting there.

Here is a 2 year old white widow giant bud going bye bye:

Cheers and all the best and maybe more pics later. We will see how I feel.

I bet it smells of lemon, all my bud about 8 strains, off the top of my head, that is over a year old smells the same, lemon…

It is in remarkably good shape for being 2 years old. Very little oxidation and still smells “bright” and still has that nasty but delicious foot cheese smell.

It’s a shame but sometimes decisions need to be made.

I didn’t get more jars because of:
Laziness
I don’t really have room for more jars
I have all this new stock coming in and need to consolidate.

Also I’m shutting down my indoor for a bit so I’m trying to make it as neat and tidy as possible.

Cheers.
