Hello,
I found this rotten/moldy bud. I have 11 plants in the room, this was only on 1 plant and it was only 1 bud, the plants are quite far along so I would rather chop them all a bit to fast than have them all rott/mold.
Is this a cause for concern?
If yes what to do.

Well, I’d do a detailed examination of them all, just to verify there’s no more bud rot (& remove any you find).
If it’s limited to one plant, I’d consider removing that one plant but you might also keep it if it was only one bud.
If you have concerns about smoking that crop you might consider freezing and making bubble hash.

Another thing to consider is that the problem stems from humidity. Options for helping to lessen the chances of increasing mold problems is to increase air flow by adding an extra fan or increasing the speed of any existing fans. You can also consider using a humidifier to lower the humidity. If you are close to harvest you may not want to spray a fungicide but if you are many weeks from harvest it is an option for you!

I will check tomorrow, for rn the lights are alrady off. When i cehecked arround quickly i saw no other buds tho

They look great. 
One little thing I figured out years ago was to have some air movement when the light are off.
I always had air movement but then I had a sensitive plant that was having problems. I figured out I was having a humidity spike after light off …and with no air movement… 
Since then I have a little USB fan pushing 24/7 when in flower.
This helps to prevent local high humidity zones after lights out.

We strive to grow big hard buds and unfortunately mold can be a big issue

I got 1 outtake fan and one intake fan, so it pushes and than sucks the air out. So there is no negative or positive presure just air flowing. Inside I have one big fan that moves the air around and through the plants.

When you cut away a bud with budrot try not to play with that bud too much and get it out of the tent asap. The more you handle it the more spores are able to get released from the nug

That’s kind of a personal preference thing around here it seems. I personally flush a week out from harvest but some people don’t at all

Okay from viewing all the plants most have polen sacks what should i do?
Cut the affected plant and make a hashish.
