I have a towel folded that’s between the mat and where the seeds are , and a hygrometer now that’s keeping track on temp and humidity . Now im.just waiting to see it is going to hold temp or if I need to add another layer or what

Do you have this for your mat?
I stick the probe between container and medium. I put the plant in a tray on the heat mat.

Definitely shouldnt hurt
Up potting the first plant that germinated and now have a few more seeds germinating making tails so I’ll be potting them … updated pics coming soon

That’s good news. How many tails popping out?
I’ve been dropping in lots of 6 beans at a time . The first 6, 3 popped but never grew tails , I waited about a week nothing so I cracked the rest and waited still nothing so i tossed them. I dropped 6 more 1 grew a tail quick it’s in dort now 3 more had popped but didn’t have much of a tail I haven’t checked then today yet . So I dropped 6 more they should be popping today or tomorrow hopefully. So it’s forward progress, slow but forward progress .

No worries tho, I’m making forward progress this round . So I’m very hopeful. Like I said before I’m not giving up I’m going to grow this strain no exceptions lol

Perhaps when India’s shutdown lifts we can get you some fresh Arakku seeds. Our friend @ShivamGrover just got 20/20 germination on Arakku. It’s possible the seeds were irradiated. I ordered when covid first started. @YoBigdaddy and I had a similar experience with seeds from Cambodia
I just attempted germination with some seeds from India ordered around the same time and I got 4 for 10, two with short tails that are growing. and I just cracked the seeds last night and I’m hoping for a few more. The Arraku seeds I got for a freebie, so perhaps they were old stock.
