Beautiful work hermano!
@mistergrafik I believe has some experience with the Oaxacan’s
Oldschool Genetics i would say. Oldschool is gold , in the true meaning of Word.
Any Thai, middleamerican , Middleafrican sometimes showed that amount of Resin, thats pretty normal.
I think once Exported it often lost alot Quality. The Resin Heads were either crushed, it was shipped in hot and humid climate. Thats why often it was then Mediciore quality when it arrived…
He is on a small vacation right now LOL.
If you know anybody that wants to grow the Northern Lights 5 let us know. Definitely a good one for preservation.
I could do it in 2 runs after this run im doing the ghost town run then i could do this one if needed could add some other NL cuts in as well (obviously seeds would remain seperate) if wanted i plan on doing something similar to the ghost town a bx to ghost and a ix to chem 91 and maybe corey hamm stardawg to go along with the F2s
I’ll mark your name down then. Excellent! If you want to go through our list and see if there’s anything else you think people might be interested in for the coop let me know. The more chances of reproduction the better. I’d be willing to list all my varieties for the coop as well, but I don’t think there’s too much interest in Long flowering sativas. I do have a few Afghani varieties
I’m pretty sure I have a dwarf male. Maybe I’ll make some seeds separately with that one too. that would be a nice trait for indoors. Are you able to see The Freaker’s thread? Or is it private? If it’s private I’ll get you an invite. It would be nice to have your input. Are you interested in East African genetics at all? District flora gave me a link to a guy that is selling sativas from Kenya, Tanzania, and Uganda, as well as one from Ethiopia. We both ordered, and I wouldn’t order anything until we receive our order, but if you were interested I would have him get you a link. I still can’t figure out how to do that LOL. This guy has a variety from Ethiopia that Jamaicans brought their back in the 50s. It is called Shasha Mane oh, and I think that this is actually the original lambsbread! Needless to say, we both ordered that one LOL.
I just realized that one of my females might be a dwarf as well. Very similar structure to the photo you just gave me. I’ll get a picture for you after work. I’ll probably need a few buds of that short one with the short male. Pollination will happen this weekend
That’s awesome and I’d love to try my hand at some wild Africans again. I ran Coffee Gold from Seeds of Africa 7 or 8 years ago and it was laughable in my little tent i was using at that time. Vegged for 8 weeks, flowered and after 9 weeks it had only started to flower, but was growing like a vine around my tent. Malawi, Zamaldelica and Durban have all been great though and there’s no head quite like the Africans.
Definitely keep chucking the Oaxacan! I’ve got a personally sourced Oaxacan S1 as well as Snows Oaxacan Red x Purple Satellite from Green Mountain that I’m going to be chucking against my BOEL x Dwarf Oaxacan and Oaxacan IBL x Chocolate Thai this next run to try and get a world of Oaxacan opened back up. I’ll hit you up before I start it because your Cryptic would be a great addition.
Does anyone have the space and time for Jamaican Bloodklot from Snowhigh? He says it goes 16+ weeks and gave me two packs so I’m happy to share.
@rootfarmer tried the blood clot seeds and had no luck. Perhaps he would like to try again? I know he was very excited to run that one.
That’s a lot of oaxacan genetics right there! Can’t wait to see what you come up with with all of them. Your project sounds like my own little version of Heaven!
Has anyone ever heard of a oaxacan Durban hybrid? I’ve got it in my mind to make one of them
Thats a good idea, hitting Snows Devils Tit (Durban x AGC99) would be unreal since Devils Tit is already mind blowing. I just picked up a cross someone did of Mextiza (Oaxacan) x Malawi I can send you which I haven’t run yet but could be a good starting point
DM me If you want to add them to my current freakers effort - the germ rate is very low for some reason,
I am 0 out of 20. I have 10 seeds of the Blood Klot left to try.
I have Blackberry Spacewreck to run next; the BB SW are ‘low germ rate’ seeds as well.
I have done a lot of research on how to germ Old stock, and/or poorly stored seeds & decided
to use the ‘germination bomb’ method and adding some GA & Saltpeter to have a fighting chance.
the GA kit just shipped and I am waiting with baited breath to restart the engine…
Don’t forget to use the cycles of the Moon too. My germination rate nearly tripled by using the moon and a heat pad/ biodome.
Awesome and I’ll DM you. He gave me 30 BBSW seeds with the caveat they might have low germ rates as well; I’m happy to send those in since I’ll realistically never get around to them, but I’ve read they’re great. Anything he hit with that AGC99 male seems to come out amazing. Let me know if you’re successful getting those seeds to crack, he sent me 5 Hawaiian Antimatter seeds and said they were special, but I’m 0/2 on them so far and don’t want the last 3 to be lost.
Yup, I go by the moon and then plant directly into damp and loose organic light mix soil in a solo cup. Spray the inside of a ziploc and put it over the cup like a dome, throw on a heat mat in the flower tent and I get 100% on viable seeds.
It does sound like a good one! The Freakers have a pack of the devil’s tit, and I think @Guitarzan might grow that one. Snowhigh told me that it will make you hide in a corner if you smoke it concentrated LOL.
Oh yeah, most of the time when I’d smoke the Devils Tit I’d end up sitting in my bed unable to go outside or see people, just laughing at how insanely high I was. Terrifying but fun at the same time.
“I think… I’m getting… the Fear…”
“Don’t tell me those things man. Not right now…”

Would 4/20 be the next date to start the germ process ?
