In the 60’s the Merry Pranksters did a big gig “Electric Koolaid Acid Test” in a theater in Chicago. LSD was still legal and they really enjoyed messing with straight people. They covered the banisters of the theatre stairs with what I remember as “lyseric acid cryethelene” (mis-spelled I’m sure). When the police raided the theater they ran their hands on the banisters and got lit. From what I remember it only dosed them with about 50 mics of LSD, but it was enough to freak them out really nicely. They had just mixed some Owsley acid with a wetting agent which allowed the LSD to be absorbed through the skin. And great frolicing was known…
Another forgotten element of the hippy generation, who we can all thank for making cannabis gain the popularity it has now.
It’s called the universal solvent, and you want to be careful with it. It’s best to use rubber gloves because if you get it on your skin it’ll go right through it, and take whatever else is on there along with it, right into your bloodstream.
I understood its role in the G-Bomb was to penetrate the shell, and carry the sugars, and vitamins in the mixture with it to “feed” the embryo.
Walmart, Tractor Supply, any store catering to Horses, used to treat inflammation. U.S. is one of the only countries NOT authorizing for Human use. I’ve been using if for about 40 years. SS/BW…mister
DMSO would indeed lower the surface tension of the water which allows the water to spread over a greater area on the seed coat. Wetting agents like DMSO also allow polar molecules to bond to nonpolar molecules. I’m not certain but I am guessing the outer surface of the seed coat has some sort of waxy coating much like other parts of the plant. That waxy coating would be nonpolar and the polar molecules being water and h2o2.
I agree, the logic is a bit flawed with the idea that viable seeds sink. Something that sinks in merely heavy enough to overcome the surface tension of the water and do so. A viable seed may also never become heavy enough to break the surface tension of water. I think you could also lower the surface tension of the water with enough DMSO or other wetting agent to the point that seeds would immediately sink.
Alrighty! I’m starting to hear from folks I sent seeds to, that they’ve gotten the beans! That’s good to know, and I appreciate all of you that let me know the beans arrived, thnx It was my first time sending seeds through the mail and I went big lol …peace y’all

I honestly have no idea who’s genetics it is…had never grown it before last year. Lots of strains over lots of years, but with so many to choose from, ya know how it can be lol
Seeds from India arrived today! I’m a little worried because my wife mentions the words customs and tape… but I don’t think they would have allowed the package through if they seize the contents. I’ll know more in another 45 minutes no, but I’m very excited. @YoBigdaddy yours should be to you soon. The Post lady delivered mine
