OverGrow The World …with Love , Peace…happy growing Ogers…salute yawl…
Thanks for the updates @Guitarzan and for everyone in the freakers holding it down!
I think this is what inspired my quicksilver coop run and I’ll definitely join in the fun sometime, hopefully soon.
Was wondering if there would be interested from Freaker’s Ball in seeds from this line - Bama Seeds - KIF Ketama Moroccan Beldia
I received the seeds in 2018.
Popped the last 4 this spring.
Doing an outdoor run with 1 male and 2 females.
Bama seeds website no longer works - they have not been active on twitter since 2021.
edit - latest pics
thanks in advance.
If it’s Senegal Haze, here’s the story on that from John/Snowhigh:
“Phoenix Haze was actually a project by DG, which got busted.
F1 seeds of Nevilles Haze and Super Silver Haze were in the room but more Nevilles Haze if I remember correctly. The bust took all the plants in the breeding room but seeds were collected from the floor and this was called Phoenix Haze.
Select for brown stems in veg and they will turn red in flower, purple flowers with white to orange pistils, smells like port wine grapey brandy… fucking smells up the garden, even if outdoors… intoxicating.
Snow “
And some good extra info from Idiit a few posts down after Snow dropped out of the discussion:
I’ve got about 8 seeds from an original Afropips pack I’ve been needing to OP for a year or two; if there’s a repro effort, I may be able to contribute.
Been watching you guys kill it for a few years now, just wanna say I love what you guys are doing and I can’t thank you all enough for the preservation of all of these truly epic strains. My landrace journey has not been too eventful over the last 20+ years. I’ve grown out 3-4 in the entirety and recently did devils skunk which I know technically isn’t a landrace but anything from John (Snowhigh) I hold in very high regards. Have really began to understand how important these preservations are and keeping alive and fresh the lines that have been so close to extinction over the years! I have a few really rare strains I plan on reproing over the next few years as well as delving into the landrace stuff. Thanks for everything you guys do and for peaking my interest a few years back which has now become a slight obsession. I’ve stopped taking in any beans unless highly sought after by me, extremely rare or from close friends for testers etc. much respect and keep up the anazing work
What’s everyone’s opinion on black tuna?
Yooo, what’s good man
I’m good, what’s up?
Morning Freakers, just sending a positive message this morning.
I love my Southern Congolese plant
Ladies and Gentlemen.
Early in week 6 of Flower
Yes!! Looks amazing! Nice work!
Thanks @PlantShepherd, trying to keep the Hands-Off comment as fresh in my mind as possible.
Loving their activity in the meantime
Beautiful plant!
What’s the source of this one?
Oh she’s definitely a beauty!
I really like this.
My first-ever Spring-Box !!
Thanks @HeadyBearAdventures @CocoaCoir
have seen some “black Tuna” that is offered by “Old School Breeders Association” believe this strain has been around for some time. Seems like a solid strain of your an indica fan !!! It would be worth a co-op run ?
When it comes down to it --All /any seed heirloom/landrance seed run’s is Great . After reading the "Freakers’s collective “guidelines” there is a lot of Hoops one need to do to be able to make a run, which is very good in making some quality seeds > It’s great we have many quality breeders here at OverGrow !!! @TopShelfTrees1 – @Upstate – @DougDawson are just a few also @LemonadeJoe
You’re in the Freakers thread @Hawkman, they reproduce landrace strains.
