I should have mulched. I got the septoria. I’ll put up pics later when it’s not raining. Everything was going a little too well, lol early flowering, good size.

I guess it’s zerotol time?

Actually lost a good bit of the vegetable garden to it :face_with_raised_eyebrow:

There’s a big oak tree in the middle of the yard, I think I read something about septoria and old trees that keep dropping it

All kinds of flat tire type bullshit going on over here, lol. Makes me want (need?) To get indoor running harder 🫥

Where’s the septoria thread lol

First and second pic show the problem, leaves and buds of lowers and inners are turning into brown slime, and it’s spreading from the bottom up, inside out. :face_with_raised_eyebrow:

I can’t really do alot about it rn, it’s been a rainy humid summer, and more rain today, work, kids etc.

Advice welcome

Pretty sure I have roots growing through the fabric pot stacked on top. Cdlc x avt courtesy of @AzSeaindooin420

I pinched just below the top node twice, crushing the stem a lil and cleared out the shaded bottoms. seems to beef up the lowers and you still get a fat cola.

Freakshow might be perking up? Definitely have to get out there and clean her up now that the rain stopped.

Oops, forgot the pic

I don’t practice septoria, I ain’t got no crystal ball…

Early-Mid August, I seem to notice it pop up on patches of crabgrass first and thought of the crabgrass as being the source and spreader of it. I see it on a couple of young pecans by my house as well. But I do have a massive dying oak on the corner of the property dropping rotten limbs.

It spread to my reefer plants last summer. I only saw it on the leaves and I actively plucked the ones with it. I had nearly a month of rain and with the looming risk of botrytis and powdery mildew, I proactively sprayed diluted LAB on them weekly until harvest. I can’t say it helped but didn’t really hinder and the bud rot and mildew was kept in check.

I think having excess rain is going to be one of the causes. It’s been a bit dry compared to the last couple years here so far, and I’ve only noticed one patch of crabgrass with it on it. No reefer outside this year, unfortunately. But the tomatoes did fine, you’d have to ask the deer how the first round tasted.

Party poopers

I really liked the one unicorn poop I grew last summer, and the other phenos my buddy grew, so I’m pretty excited to give these a whirl.

Anyone else love watching these dumb fucks fall out of a tree in the morning? I swear squirrels try to do the dumbest “hold my beer” type shit ever.

I chased this dude around for five minutes and he fell in the same water bucket twice. Goofy bastard

freakshow hash next weekend. She couldn’t take the swampy atmosphere any longer so chopped em, I got two more “racks” worth, so even though yield suffered greatly towards the end, it will become hash.

I watch the shop cat stalk the hood squirrels using the top bar of the chain link fence for safe travel during morning safety breaks out back. Two species of goofs, one with the sole intent of murdering the other.
For whatever reason, the squirrels need those acorns buried on this side of the fence. The cat’s pretty old and a bit chubby so it adds to the excitement when she gets close to one obliviously digging. Then the inevitable symphony of barking starts once one of the sentries posted on a nearby tree branch finally realizes danger is close.

I’ve seen her on the other side of the fence being played for a fool in the running around the tree trap a few times, making me wish I could scale trees like a squirrel. Then I inevitably think it’d be better to be bird and go back to work.

I watched one try to jump from a branch to a railing I was standing next to. Mid air, he sees me turn my head and decides he wants to go back to the branch and he falls ass first, mouth open, grasping for anything into the ditch.

Yessir, nothing but good things to say. I ended up w the haze, double grape, and avt (i happened to have a few avt, and the man did a smashing job increasing seeds smack in the middle of moving houses (that was some drive, lol)). All of them so far have had nice fat nugs, and are easy peasy to germ.
