One of the Jamaican girls is a guy, ha! It’s throwing flowers really fast, and they’re opening but it’s just not quite mature enough, but real close.
I don’t know if I should keep it to capture pollen, but I don’t have any males on the property this year. I’m sort of not wanting to do a seed run but maybe hit a bud or two?
The Jamaican don’t seem to really like the cool nights. They keep pretty droopy leaves. I’m about to bring the female inside to leave for flowering during the cold weather.
I haven’t smoked Jamaican since the 70’s and would love to taste this one first before seeding it. I suppose I could take clones and come back to it later.

Cool, males are rarer in pure sat so bravo nice luck and opportunity, maybe freeze popo solution for next time and yes softly few buds for this season and few more JLBs of you own for next years!
Just keep a close eye on his apex to be sure he is stable without pistils! Few recessive hermie/intersex is always possible even if our line is strongly well selected.
So yes better to quickly move your females inside or far of him, btw your Swazi have been maybe already slightly pollinated? Its sign is orange turn of pistil!

I don’t think it was dropping any mature pollen yet. I took into the back porch yesterday to isolate it till I figure out what to do. I should pull a clone or two anyway, I guess. It has purpling pods.

Mother F3 fruity mango of the line i work with, selection by Volcanic and then F4 by Upok from clones, if i remember right only 3 purple moms in the around 20 selection for the F4.
