Well so far on OG. I will be the first to say i never heard of these strands 
they seem to be as close to or-ridge-E-nol. Original . i proud to be a part of such linaridge…spelling wrong im sure lol

Yep native Americans did this to point out a safe passage. The bend usually points the direction.
