First off I want to say to my friends here, Thank you very much. You guys don’t know how good OverGrow has been for me because of the people here and their kind words.
BIG NEWS! (For me anyway) I just made a verbal agreement with a friend who owns an old Mexican bakery that is in disrepair to start restoring the building for my growing operations to expand. We’re talking 3000 sq ft with an outdoor fenced in yard that is about 90’x50’. The place needs roof and electric repairs, but I can get a smaller space up and running ASAP and he has agreed to let me live there rent free because of the conditions. Obviously, I would like for everyone on OG to be involved in some way so that we can continue to Overgrow the by producing more free seeds and having a place to keep mothers we want tp preserve for free cuts as well. Still working on moving the restaurant equipment out of the building and I will check in with pictures hopefully later. 105* and working outside is no way to live my brothers and sisters!
I’m live in texas and most are letting you go. Just dump out the weed unless you have pounds. Usually a quarter pound and under they’ll give you a ticket. Really depends on where you are.

That’s a really nice space! Fixing something like an old building is really good for the soul. ( tho tuff on the wallet) Both get repaired at the same time. Sounds like a great project for you. Don’t skimp on that electric! Dangerous stuff.
Congratulations Solowolf! That will be a great project for you, and bet it will also help a lot with the PTSD. I know when I am super busy working on a project that I enjoy my stress and anxiety levels go way down.
Sounds great Solo, what state are you in again? What are the plans, commercial, or just a bigger space. Let us know the goals and we can start getting you a punch list together based on experiences with larger spaces, got into growing from building out rooms for a buddy that got into grey market early on here in Michigan. …
Ok so this may be a dumb question but does anyone or can anyone get their hands on some Maui Waui seeds for me im willing to trade seed for seed and or pau a little cash for some of there’s seeds. I’m in AZ and I happen to live far enough away from a dispensary to be legal for personal growing. 25 miles is the requirement and I’m about twice that far away. Medical patients can designate me their cultivator for a fee of about $200 and that gives me 12 additional plants per patient. The fee to be able to cultivate for sale to a dispensary is about $2,000 I believe, plus hundreds in inspection fees and other red tape bullshit. So, I would start out as a designated cultivator for as many people as I can provide for on my own, then maybe get into dispensary sales at some point in the future.
I’m still planning on a veg indoors then flowering outside for the preservation runs. This place is like the size of a fucking Walgreens inside! Then the backyard is chain link fenced in with barbed wire on top. The catch is that the place is a legit haunted house inside. You could build a snowman out of the rat shit on the floor and there is a beehive in the ceiling. Some junkies got inside and tore out the copper electric wire and fuse box. Thousands of dollars of restaurant equipment inside and they took the copper while leaving behind a ton of stainless steel. The owner will pay for materials, I will do the labor and things I’m capable of like plumbing and drywall. The owner wants a place to store all of his shit in one place to sell it off and it’s the only way he can restore the building to get some value out of it. I’m taking care of my uncle today, so I should have some pictures tomorrow and I will start a new thread.
