I’m thinking I could use both. Use the plastic to make a nice even feeling envelope then use the washer in the hole I cut. Use a small envelope so plastic stretches farther.

I dont think you cut a hole in the corrugation. You put the seeds in the cells and seal the open ends.

With coin flips I just fold some printer paper around the flip/flips and put that in a Xmas card.

If you cut a hole in it you will make it more prone to getting crushed I suppose. If you take a sheet the size of the letter you should be fine just filling the seeds in one or two of the chambers. I prefer to use slots more in the center of the sheet.

Hey about the corrugated plastic, try some wood kewers along the outer most edge that’s how I received before and no issues. The skewers keep the postal rollers from smashing the seeds.

Make sure to take it to the postal counter and tell them it’s non machineable. It costs like. 15 more, but it won’t go through the rollers. The rollers can still get seeds in the plastic. I also put a wooden skewer on each side of the seeds when using that method.
