I’m gonna have to pick your brain about hydro one day too lol. Dealing with 6 individual buckets daily sucks, especially since the big auto girls are drinking about a gallon a day now

Bubble buckets is what I think they’re called, 4 inch air stone for each bucket, 6 inch baskets, real basic for now. I gotta fine tune everything, interconnect all the buckets, have some way to see water level. Valves on my vivosun pump suck ass, some let out shit tons of air some seem like they almost let out none so I wanna get a new one of those.
I only run autos in the hydro is the plan, kept overwatering and fucking up whole runs in promix cc40 somehow so said fuck that I’m gonna give hydro a go… Well it’s going well so far lol it’s just beyond tedious

Bubble buckets are hydro though. Connecting the buckets makes life easier but one problem and every plant has it. I use a long neck oil funnel to fill buckets and just slide the top hats aside to fill.

Look into recirculating deep water culture. Once I started more than a few buckets i knew the maintenance of them as individuals would kill me. My build wasn’t cheap but the 1st cycle paid for itself in the yield increase and ease on maintenance.

Automated drain to waste hempies. I made a shelf of them. 4.5 gallons in, 2.5 out every 7 days. It’s perfect.
The auto fantasmo cbg is getting it’s last few days on top of my resevoir, I have a mimosa hostilis in the same system and feed. Everywhere I looked online said they couldn’t be grown hydro. This one is 6 times the size of its soil siblings

I built my own with plastic pails and net pots connected with 3/4” garden hose and drip line with manifolds.
That runs into a tote with the pump and airstones and a float valve connected to a 45 gallon barrel.

I miss that smell. I have a small pit in the backyard but run it only seldom due to city fire regulations.
There’s enough fire outside tonight so it’s all good. When you do get to spark up a few logs do it for us!
