Loved having mango trees outside the brewery in Mexico and in my yard in Honduras… their taste and texture is unique. The ones in Honduras had a slight caramel tone to them. Yummy!!

Indeed. I had some in Costa Rica and couldn’t stop eating them. I mean I hit the market every morning for a month.

And yeah, mango mouth is awful. Allergic reactions are not that unusual with tropical fruits. They grow quickly and take up everything.
