How often should I be spraying seedlings with water?

@BeTheLight I wouldnāt spray seedlings directly!
Iād aim for a shot glass of water each time/increase as growth rate is noticeable ā¦depending on how fast medium dries out ā¦
Seedlings r able to withstand less water then you think ā¦The overwatering Is usually what does them in

I always wet my medium first then plant seed and donāt water until I see the medium dry .
When you see the medium is dry
Then just add a bit around the side of your pot.
And just enough to wet your medium.
No run off what so ever at this point.
Just as stated above pretty much.
