I put it in my pocket and let it warm up for 20min and get to room temp when i take it out my pocket then i dust away.Havent had any issues as long as you have no condensation to make humidity off that packet and its room temp fire away Dude.

I take it out and use it immediately and get it back into the freezer asap. I dont like the idea of freezing and thawing out pollen repeatedly. But that is just me.

I usually divide all my pollen into .5ml cryo/centerfuge tubes. Each tube only has a large enough dose to pollinate a 2ft plant heavy, one time. It can be used however. Just a small pile at the tip of the tube.
The handfulls of tubes are in ziplocks with dessicant beads, then inside a freezer bag, then a tupperware container, in the freezer.
When I get one out, thats it-It doesn’t go back in.
I’ve recently had viable pollen at 3+ years.
