Fruity Loops OG 17 days:

My goals with this strain are:

Indica plant structure vs Sativa plant structure

Dense nugs

Resinous nugs

Good flavor

Medicinal goals: Mainly mental health. anxiety/depression/mood, also aiming for some level of pain control, carrying over from the Gaviota side. So far this has been the case. So far fruity terps present, this is run #2, but purely for bud this round.

Day 31 on this girl and I cannot complain, vigorous growth, lots of bud sites and already an amazing scent wafting off her, reminiscent of mango’s and sweet citrus, light but there, I’m sure as it develops further it will intensify.

that is a close up of one of the leaves, I got a feeling this girl may end up being a frosty one. I had to raise the lights up 3x during the week and I’m sure she is nowhere near done growing height and width-wise.

Of note is that I have not had to remove leaves off this girl.

We may end up dusting one branch off her as she’s just to nice looking already to not try on it.

I suspect part of the explosive growth with her is due to us leaving about 1/3rd of an inch of water in the tray, the cloth pots allow the roots that grew out of the bottom to draw water all day long. Sort of like a ghetto superstar hybrid-soil-hydro-thingamajiggybobit thing going on.

Normally I do prune but this time ive decided to do a test and leave the leaves be. I do use things like Photosynthesis Plus so maybe more leaves is helping. Basically I decided since nothings broke why try and “improve” her by pruning. That could be a bad call, not sure.
