I’ve also got a labourer called “spliff” believe it or not. He got his name after a bonfire party where someone was throwing petrol on a fire to ignite it and the wind caught it as he was lighting up. He got bad burns from it but survived.

Home from hip surgery, stayed 1 night. 33 staples and 1 mean ugly scar… my pretty butt…
Trying for hip #2 in Nov or Dec. All depends on me… soon as staples are out I can get in the pool…

Ouch, dis chit hurt like h3ll day 1 & 2. Stayed 1 night, went 9am. Hurt most, getting in our car. It’s a nice Buick, so once in fine. Getting your legs in, owweeee. Grit teeth & do it
Day 5 today, went for xrays and all good… staples come out next week. 33 of them.
Oh what fun. Hoping after that I can swim.
I’ll check in again soon…
Oh, physical therapist comes by 3xs a week, nurse 2xs…
