Thanks so much… I now have an Appt day before I go to the cancer institute to have MRI’S done. Without and then with contrast dye…
Hoping to get answers right away… my primary rocks getting this setup so fast…

Keep yas updated… but I got this, right…

I have two friends who had hip replacement surgeries close to about the same time. One followed all the recommendations and exercises and one didn’t. More than a year after the fact and one is still having issues while the other was out hiking in two months. I’ll leave it to you to figure out which is which. :grin:

Follow your doctors orders and you and this amazing support group will do the rest :v::heart: and yep YOU’VE GOT THIS!

My hips are doing awesome. I walk twice a day, do my exercises because they are so easy. But walking is best and I do now with no assistance like a cane or walker.
No, it’s the cancer I’m worried about now bro…

I did good, had both done 2mos apart.
Still recovering but walking no cane.
Swim vfc soon as you can.
Walk… do exercises they give you.
Give it a full year.
