Gaia green organics

Hello and welcome to my journal. Im a long time organic gardener and use to mix my own super soil up made different blends tried it all etc but as im getting older have i been using gaia green all purpose and bloom for 5 years or so now and find its pretty on par with what i use to do myself with the added benifit of it come premixed :grinning:

I have found as i live remote the cheapest i can get gaia green shipped to my door is through indoorfarmer dot ca. 10 kg bags shipped to my door for free on orders over $150.

Right now im growing tony greens sour bubble, apple fritter s1’s from spaceman seed co and pre 98 bubba kush s1’s from katsubluebird. Alls well for the fact a couple sour bubble are heavy feeders so i feed some homemade fish hydrolysate to get them back to a darker shade of green.

Thank you for the welcome :call_me_hand:

Heres a couple video detailing how to make the stuff brother. First is lactic acid bacteria and second is the fish hydrolysate amazing stuff. It turbo charging the cooking process of your soil compared to just using worm castings. Should be a staple in any organic gardeners cupboard.

hello @VancouverIsleGuy! very nice garden you have going. welcome to OG! ive grown a few katsu offerings in the past. i like all of them. i grew his shromba, drakarys and his bubbas sis. all were done in hydro and all were big producers.
ive moved on to organic soil since tho. still getting my arms around it. good luck with these although it looks like you dont need it.

Thanks for the kind words and the welcome . I wanted to try drakarys but never ended up buying them. I love organics and made the switch back from hydro 15 years ago and never looked back. Theres something about living soil that makes me feel more connected to the medicine i grow. Could also be just getting older lol

Good luck to you in your journey with organics and if you ever need help don’t hesitate to ask.

I was going to start a new thread, but i saw this one and figured id just post my question here
I have bought a big bag of power bloom, but i have no all purpose…but i do have lots of blood meal.im not sure how to much to mix in,i know the bloom is 2 tbsp per gal.
Could you tell me how much blood meal i need?im in 22 gallon tubs, the first gaia green and blood meal im going to mix right in…i also add 5 gallons of worm castings and lime@1.25 tbsp per gallon of promix,i also add 10 gallons of perlite to the mix.ill only be vegging for about 7-10 days, then 10 weeks of flower.
Help me please!!!

I was thinking maybe .5 tbsp per gallon but not sure

That lactic acid recioe looks awesome!and i get some cheese too!!lol
Could i use this lactid acid in a tea?

Not messing with the fish recipe…ill just buy it
