What are some of the best garlic profiles you’ve come across?
I found an excellent garlic pheno (Some berry on the back) in a GG4 x Triple OG (Exotic Genetics) 5 yrs ago, but it had nanners & wasn’t cloning and doing perpetual back then. Been in search for something similar ever since…
After doing some R&D I’ve come across a few strains that may have a similar profile, Other than GMO what are some strains YOU have run that have this profile?
Already popping a pack of GMO x Bubba Kush from (twodogseeds) (Hoping to find some super sedative garlic profiles to breed with)
Heard of stuff like Garlic Bud, Chem D any experiences? Thanks any info is appreciated!
Very sedative, crazy body high, makes you talk a lot lol. It’s in my profile’s favorite strain list for a reason. Only newer strain I’ve had that I actually like the effects of, and the terps were insane.
I’ve been looking for seeds for a couple years ever since I got some outdoor grown dispo flower, found a single seed, and it never germinated. I think Thug Pug has a 2.0 version now, but not even sure if that’s available anymore. I’m guessing he doesn’t keep a lot of stuff around.
Nows the question, how do I acquire this pack… It seems to be sold out everywhere. I got a pack of Garlic Mints x Lemon Lavender from bodhi too to check out
Trying to breed for extreme sedative effects, so much stuff that i’ve ran recently is so hybridized and doesn’t really offer the effects I’m looking for…

the gm x ll is very nice, but isn’t straight garlic… it’s got garlic in there, but also all kinds of other stuff going on… it’s delicious, but is really a very strange blend of flavors and smells… it’s nice though
HSC Garlic Budder for flavor but not so much for potency. Great day smoke. What I love most about Humboldt Seed Co is that the strain names and descriptions are really accurate
The original when you mention this profile garlic bud or it’s hybrid shiva shanti 1 it pops up in some Afghan and Pakistani stuff too of course the chem D genepool has it in there a bit some too
I grew this ‘Garlic Candy’ GMO x Purple Sweets, from Astrul Genetics my 2nd indoor grow. Then got Pineapple Express pollen on it, and grew that out as well. I went for a more sativa leaning mix. It washed really well for bubble hash, and the high was like a rocketship. psychadelic. and non-verbal. totally forget language and communication with that stuff.
Then this stuff got hit with my Cape Goat male pollen… and now I have a bunch of seeds of that poly-hybrid mix. I’m seeing the beauty in IBL now, and keeping things ‘true to the strain’
I grew a bunch of those HSC Phenohunters as well. Mixed Nutz (nutter budder x pistachio) was great. Makes me wonder about their Garlic Budder, and the new “Purpz” strain. seems to be GB x GMO. It’s funny how no one wants the letters “G.M.O.” on their product name… so everything got renamed Garlic.
