I even called my buddy’s dad (owns a wreckers)who pulled two for me, then I said screw that I can’t bring that crap in my house, it would absolutely crush my OCD (who knows what lives in those seats, I went there a week or so ago to get him to put on my wife’s winters/balance etc. and he’s like “you gonna take these damn things” no joke it’s almost 2 years later and they are STILL sitting in the corner of the one bay

Yeah, mostly joking. Hopefully there’s no bitterness as he’s probably made millions riding the wave of that AC cut. And I have seen him drop Jaws name most anytime he mentions alien cookies. In fact that’s how I found out about Jaws, people hyping up mac1 and then digging into the backstory. I’m growing some alien cookies f2 now, though generally shying away from cookies hybrids lately.
Guess that’s just the nature of the breeding industry though. You have to start with someone else’s genetics, to start at all.
Not trying to derail the thread though.

In my younger days after the military I worked in a place that made foam rubber seats for Ford. If your unfamiliar it offgasses, and sent me to the hospital for a week. Nasty stuff that actually partially effected my health to this day.
I’d never use it just because of the experience…

i have no hard filling in missing the boat on the mac1 neither i or cap had any idea it was going to blow up like it did. caps great at the ppl part of all of this he knows how to push a strain and does very well at it.
on my side i did have a much much bigger part in the mac1 ever being made, cap for-sure picked the male from my work and use the columbian he had found, back story there is the male side of mac1 was my work and the columbian that cap used to make mac1 also came from me. not saying the columbian was mine it was NOT but at that time cap had no more clolumbian seeds not sure how they got away from him but he knew i had some that he had sent me and he knows how i am a seed gather so he ask me if i would give him back the columbian seeds which i did freely because were friends and he was in need of something i had.
so long story short even though cap did the work and creation if not for me there would have never ever been the nac1 of anything else mac related sense then. and no i never ask cap for a single penny i felt that would have been childish and not very respectful to cap. do i wish he had offered me a little something ahh ya but i was/did not think much about that i just move on and did what i always.
caps a really good dude and i have lots of respect for him still to this day …

I have heard of MAC1 obviously but never had the opportunity to sample it, perhaps in the future.

Could it be from solution getting past the collars on cloner? The collars are thicker than originals and don’t sit quite right.

It’s comes right off with no resistance… like I’d imagine it would if growing on/in the stems. Also most is an area where the collars is not closed tight.
I think I’m ok but that scared the shit out of me for sure.

Mac is such a good, heavy strain . I love it, stuff just hits me hard EVERYTIME. So many say it’s played out etc. not for me, I smoke it every chance I get, I wonder what v2 is
