GC flowers Cap Junky and Chem 91

Spider farmer has 30 and 70 watt versions that are ironically almost 4’ long and work perfect to replace t5’s etc. without the residual heat. I have three of the 30w and absolutely love them.

Cool. Off to check them out…

Perceived quality is a decision factor too. I hear good stuff about Migro

Spider farmer is no slouch either, I have an sf4000 that’s now 6 years old, ran every day since, still mint, I also have an sf2000 but it’s only a year old, and the three 30w ones, stellar customer service too. Not too familiar with migro but I know Jet and Foreigner like them a lot.

I will second Spider Farmer products, I’ve been running a pair of their SF4000 QB lights for an about 4 years now and they are still kicking fire out of my tents.

They really are great products! Was my first LED, when they were barely a thing, but had Samsung/mean well and put out fire (my buddy had 2 and was Killin it right off the bat, crushing his HPS numbers! So I bit, really glad I did, even when running one in a 4x4 I crushed it with a scrog, thing has saved my ass a few times now too .

Yeah they are really great products, mine are in their own 5x5 tent, so there’s not really enough light for a 5x5, the outer edges get really stretchy. But it pulls weight and makes frosty frosty flowers so I have zero complaints! Haha

That Migro looks like a really nice light. I use a HLG 100 and it’s a nice amount of light for seedling/early veg

The Migro has more LEDs, Samsung horticultural, and what looks to be a more effective design. The Migro also has a dimmer so no worries if your plants get tall, though with 39" clearance something to consider.

I’d be interested to see how she does, I might pick one up myself.

Good price, too.

How is the head to head of the 91 vs. SIC?

The 5 or 6000 probably.

Dedicated for the cabinet.

I have two of those HLG 100’s, my thoughts are it’s too much for taller moms needing 24" above canopy. I have them put aside now, ideally I’d like to put them in a 2x4 for flowering moms instead of taking fresh cuts and chopping them.

I saw HLG sold a dimmer to add to some lights. They don’t have one for the 100 r spec however.

Dimmable is a must…

I’ll get pics later today on the tents…

Beautiful @Redrum92

I’m planning a few of those next run

Awesome. Would recommend. All 3 of mine seem to be the same: lots of chem stink, lots of frost/nice fat trichome heads, medium-low yield (but that may have been the weak soil). I’m not commercial, so pretty much perfect for me. Thanks again for the lovely genetics.

I just saw that… pure white. That should be sufficient? I get some blue is recommended.

Here is the 91 vs SIC comparison. The 91 is being stretchy while the SIC wants to stay short and bush out.

No doubt ill be topping the 91 again.

The next feeding will be 1.2ec.

The Staten Island seedlings

And the 91

Pics are reversed… sorry about that

Looking great!

Very interesting to see how different they look, great seeing them progress.

That Migro really does sound perfect for what you need, too.

I don’t trust the photone app on my phone… so what am I to do… spend more, read more, learn more I guess.

Ordered the Migro Aray1 propagation light.

I also ordered this lux meter that was recommended by a buddy.

No more guessing with all these new lights iv purchased. Thanks for the help and insight from those who have reached out and suggested options.
