#1 finished. Absolutely lovely bud. Super chem stink dominant, but an undeniable sweet almost strawberry cookie-like back end. Very potent. Has that old school “skunks up a room the second you open a jar” thing going on.
The digital microscope arrived in less than 24 hours… this is my first pic. It’s enough to tell me I’m happy with the $30 purchase! Next shots will be better focused.
Correct…uncle festers skunk #18. I hastled 50state enough that he sent me some seeds…lol.
I’m hoping to add some stink to the big buds the ufs18 produces. I think most have given up searching for the rks type smell from them…so I’m having some fun with it.
It’s actually from Uncle Fester who was an old HA grower from way back, was a cut that went for insane prices at some point, there’s skunk in there but you need to pop a whack 40-50 to get 1-2, still love the strain personally. It was brought to seed form or at least shared by his nephew “master Thai” I happen to have some of the master Thai originals although they are probably long past germination, I also have a whack from 50 state, I’ve looked through his a bit and found some very intriguing stuff, I’d love to pop like 150 and find one with the grease/stank/raw power as they seem to be spread thin and hard to find ones that check all the boxes I’m looking for anyway
Having trouble uploading. 4x4 from day 8. 91 in the rear and SIC up front. I’ll edit later if this makes it… lol
EDIT: things are going better this run, i am seeing low temps this winter with the switch to all LED however. The 3x3 more so, perhaps i should keep HID in that tent next winter.
The SIC was topped at 4th node. Hope the flower is what they say it is…
Thinking about the issues iv had over the years it seems most are ph related. I so very much appreciate you… and the time you took backchannel. One of these days I’ll learn to read and feed appropriately.
The Fume’ gave my helper and myself fits when trimming, larf down low. @LoveDaAutos taught me to trim to a certain point and remove lower growth to increase canopy yield. Immediately I saw much better yields to the point of possibly double.
