Yeah man I’m liking the complexity on this girl almost sativa leaning which is cool. Never grown lavender so not sure how it flowers but pretty heavy blue spectrum and still growing vertical.

Yeah day 20 something I believe and the peppery floral has progressed into a gassy diesel which is interesting. Going to be out of town for 2nd week of June so should be able to chop and dry before then with plans to pop a bunch when back. Cool hybrid you created here man very unique

oh wow. week 3 and already frosty. that’ll do.
i expected the fuel scents from mom to play bigger roles than they have so far, but nature has had other plans.
i was going to ask you if you were interested in round 3 testing. i just finished shucking all the GDX run #1 seeds, but it seems as though you’re still working through the lavenders.

Yeah I’d say 75% floral lavender with 25% range on standard grapey gas so coming together nicely

this pleases me immensely. i was pretty bummed when i started working with the lavender 2yrs ago and didn’t have any females. the male i selected was mighty and checked all the boxes… especially with the floral scents on stem rub. was really counting on the strong male to pass his traits along. seems he did.
i really think this cross blended well. (so far… with this pheno at least) i really liked the structure. leaf shape was such a good 50/50 blend.
as always, the plants look super healthy. your grow skills are a blessing to me. you’re making it look like i know what i’m doing.

Oh yeah thanks man I always enjoy growing new hybrids and plants in general so you’re doing me a big favor hooking up seeds to run. Actually am planning on trying the recent GDP out this weekend should be perfect timing… flowers nice and dried/cured to a level that is great for rolling joints. Strong gassy grape terps on jar opening with more pop on the nug breakdown.

My AC GDP is at day 73f and trichs are 5% amber, 65% milky, 30% clear. Surprisingly few amber.

if indoors expect weeks 8-10 (depending on light) for harvest
if outside, AC GDP will take a bit longer. add another 2 weeks.
i think last year outdoors i harvested at week 11. maybe 10% ambers, 90% milky. (close enough… the bugs were heinous last year)

Yeah I think in the 9 week range…it’s rare for me to go over like 65 days unless big time sativa. My motto is to chop with mostly cloudy so inevitably there will be a few amber and clear mixed in but overall never fails me. Also I like to normally cure for 4-6 months minimal and during that time trichomes will slightly mature even more…not a big fan of many amber heads on any strain assuming milky ones dominate.
