Hey just noticed on your profile that you’re suffering from Parkinson’s…damn sorry to hear that. My brother in law has MS and is a big proponent of using cannabis to alleviate many of the symptoms. Btw one of the members here named @Til_Valhalla has a couple of threads going focusing on his research for Alzheimer’s using different strains and techniques so always nice to see people doing their part.

I started growing/testing strains for parkinson’s a little late in the game, but did find a few that seemed to help calm abuela’s hand and leg tremors.
off the top of my head, we saw positive results with:
GDP (Grandaddy Purple)
Bubba Kush
OG Kush
the elusive one that i wanted to get going and try all ended up being dud seed but has the best (on paper) profile for parkinson’s was Kosher Kush.
Have you found any strains that have worked well for your symptoms?

Thank you for testing & sharing I have seeds of Salmon River OG (Bubba Kush x Blue Heron #111) from dynasty genetics which has been great for my hand tremors and very good full body pain relief. I haven’t gotten to grow GDP yet but that’s on my list to try! Also GG#4 , OG kush, Purple kush, gush mintz all help my hand tremors too.

Nice man what do you have in the works? I’m actually getting ready to pop some GDP lavender soon… Just waiting on the hot part of the summer to move on so they will be ready to flower when it’s cooler.

I finished shucking the seed from the GDX F2 run about 2-3 weeks ago.
New job has me a bit too busy lately. :\
Will be running grandpas breath male when the summer heat finally rolls out. Soon. Soon.

This is my first time running gg4, but from what I have read I think I’m gonna try to go for 65 days

i like harvested her closer to 68-72 range if not a little longer but i just like the stoned harvested later on. But she is definitely ready and smokeable in the 60s with a nice heavy high i might add.
Ive picked her at 8, 9, 10 and 11 weeks no real noticeable difference in the latter weeks other than maybe some degradation in flavor but stronger high. I think you’ll love her though and happy growing

thx for the info @Heavenlygoo I’ll probably stick with about 65 then for my first run of it… and go longer on the next to see if I like the heavier one. I took lots of clones
