Giesel, Tahoe, Irene, Rez ECSD, GMO, seedlings, and more! leetdood's grow struggles, vol 2

Aliendog #2 made it through the pest and body wars

2 months ago, i got 3 snips from @Kushking902

Of this #2 pheno (3 phenos, 3 each)

Only one survived
I was so busy, so it got a minimum of care only, and did not root for a month or longer!

But,

Someone (teh) once told me
If you dont practice keeping plants alive when you can
Then when you need to, you wont have the skills

Thats why i always try and nurse plants back. They could look on the verge of death! But alive is alive, and dead is dead.

This plant is alive.

The ONYCD is suppose to be 91 x Tres Dawg. The 3.0 idk. Maybe crossed back to Tres Dawg. I read a post while researching the ONYCD where JJ talks about using a specific Generation of the Tres Male that purples. In the 2012 release of Stardawg which is what he used for the 2012 (I think original) ONYCD. From Stardawg Keeper thread.

What are you washing your pots for? I’ve never washed a pot.

It’s a preventative for bugs and diseases.

Ive never seen anyone get criticized for implementing sanitation practices in their garden. Something tells me this post is a jab lol

My point was if you clean your plants and remove the pests from them you don’t need to buy a dishwasher to wash your pots.

Washing pots is not required when you don’t have pests.

If you’re bringing in soil, compost, or any other thing like that, there is always a chance you’re bringing something else in. Sanitation is never a bad thing.

Maybe its just me but i wash my rain science pots every single run. I dont like the crunchy white build up on the exterior of the pots that flake off. I believe its just salt build up but i try and keep my pots washed in between uses. Just makes cleaning up in the tents a bit easier and lesd to go back and clean up later

I would definitely recommend cleanliness, it’s my ONLY form of pest management.

So true i vacuum all the time, never leave anything on the ground. Also defoliating and having good air flow is key to less problems
