I mostly agree with you, however, I believe that no artificial light source can supplant the tried and true sun for producing the very highest quality buds. I grow the majority of my flowers outdoors under the majestic sun, but I like to give my plants the best of both worlds…I bring them inside under artificial lighting when the weather is not conducive to nurturing my girls outdoors in the natural environment. So my indoor lighting is primarily supplemental to the sun. I live in SoFla, and grow outdoors year round.

And I have not set foot in any type of grow shop for over thirty years, hucksters abound therein…caveat emptor indeed applies.

Sorry, but BRRRRR.
Not for me. I grew up in the NE US, and I used to enjoy being outdoors in the winter…ice skating and winter backpacking in the Adirondacks etc.

But in 1980 I decided that I liked to grow cannabis and fish more than winter activities, so I moved to SoFla specifically in order to enable me to fish and grow outdoors all year long.

Nice :cookie: I presume ice hash could be used at the same ratios and decarb process? And what is the flour amount? I don’t see it in your ingredients list.

Nice! Big bass, ocean fishing, and year round growing. Sound great,but the humidity sucks during certain times, right? The summer would kill me, the rest sounds awesome.

I’m not sure on the ice hash… I made some recently and it wasn’t nearly as nice as my rosin, but maybe I missed something…way more contamination and not melty

So here is a update picture… a few faults along the way…just about to hit 5 weeks in …still good though

  1. room to hot and dry early veg…forced me to overgrow plants to regain vigor
  2. Late caging at 4 weeks led to some root bruising
  3. watering system is subpar but due to Covid I cant find what I need

@nitro I just wanted to thank you for the recipe. They turned out great! I went with the 6g of rosin. I got bamboozled. They took longer to work, especially if there was already food in my gut. My gummies start working in like 45 min whereas these cookies take closer to 2 hours to fully kick in. I started with one cookie and after an hour+ didn’t feel too much so took another. BIG mistake. I was not prepared for the nitro rocket ride that ensued. Now I know to wait a little longer. They’re too strong for my non-smoker friends so I’ll be playing around with the numbers a bit, maybe a 3 or 4 gram rosin mix.

Still interested to know how much sugar the recipe calls for when mixing in with the lard. I went 1:1 with the lard (1/2c sugar : 1/2c lard) and it turned out really well. But I’m guessing the sugar may even be a bit more.

Absolutely! 2 hours in and I finally felt the FIRST one kicking, SHIT. Thankfully had enough time to prepare…you know…extra pair of pants, diapers, drool bib, etc.

its 2 to 1… 1/2 cup lard to 1 cup sugar… I had no idea I didn’t have the complete recipe posted…every fucking time I sit down to type I get pulled from the computer

100% these cookies are not for rookies at the 6 grams per batch dosage… hardcores love them but regular folk probably would do better at a 2 gram batch

I had a buddy at work eat one, he had to go home !!! stupidly he admitted to a customer he took an edible and was actually fired over it LOL.they don’t take kindly to a finance officer getting high at work , no worries though as he found another job that pays much better so it all worked out

Hilarious, reminds me of the cop who got too high and called 911. I wouldn’t eat one of those at work if you paid me…I doubt I’d eat one at home either lol, they sound deadly
