Good news everybody! MORE Act. Will it pass in the Senate?

In comes the breeder with his coffee shop and specialty, not available on market, test strains.

The breeders should have double the square footage to keep em comfy while they are running their coffee shop.:wink:

So thatā€™s 2 million a year at the casino with the mutual funds. Plus ownership pensions from the weed collective.

Or 10 million every 5 years.

Ohh this is cool. You could trade the weed on the market and then use your gambling system to ANALYZE the primary and secondary market.

There is a whole other side to the legal weed market than just THC productsā€¦the are select seed oils for medicinals as well as flavored oils (weed oil can be very flavorful), perfumes, and edible leaf ā€œherb/spiceā€ crops. These could and need to be integrated into a platform for the consumers. The only non consumer products are, really, industrial products that are already being made from hemp (oils, fibers, etc).

Just free the plant. Let people grow it if they can.
Otherwise let free market rules apply. I could care less if top shelf weed is only 100 a pound. People are outlaws for no real reason. Just bureaucracy holding us back.

I donā€™t think that legal weed should be seen as a means of some faceless corporation to add a few million to their bottom line. Legal weed is about the rights of the citizens period.

If they allow personal home growing at say 4 mothers plants. There would not be a need for them to even seek the black marketā€¦ it would would ramp up salesā€¦ for beans ,Soil, hydro supplies

Imo you should be allowed 500 square feet of canopy for at home growing. That ya know, letā€™s the citizen fully exercise their rights.

Iā€™ve visited red rocks once last year. I started conversation with a guy overlooking the amphitheater and scored a 1/4. Great time.
He was chaperoning while his buddies from out of town were tripping.:v::mushroom:

Yeah it sounds like a blast. Never been, but I figure itā€™s about time. Maybe take ā€œThe Blimpā€ if I get it built.

You know, what the senate should do is add a new amendment to the bill of rights to the effect that all citizens have the right to grow any plant or similar so long as it is not an illegal drug (ie: cocaine, heroin, lsd). Specifically including marijuana.

The 28th Amendment.

Any private citizen has the right to grow, and to grow as much as wanted, of any crop or plant based extract; specifically THC, so desired, as long as the plant is not a prohibited narcotic.

Further, they should then pass the updated more act, which would outline designated areas of distribution, conditional pardons, and the future of the weed market and consumer market on a trial basis.

Basically just establishing designated areas of distribution, a means to monitor (that), and the conditional pardons.

Any advances in a formal market and agriculture production for said market should begin at a specified future date in a trial or beta test form.

They should rename the more act the ā€œAgricultural Economic Sustainability Actā€. Ratify the 28th amendment, affirming the right of the citizen to grow marijuana.

Anyone ever considered that one of the reasons mj has been illegal so long is the jet set? The jet setters can just go up in their jet and grow and smoke weed. Jet setters are rich and influencecial.

Hey @Joshj, the way OG works is that the most current, popular, and compelling topics move towards the top of the active topics as folk respond and interact. Bumping this topic does little to nothing without contributing content to compel an on-going dialog.

Youā€™ve been bumping this thread practically daily without adding anything new to the discourse. And, as a result, no one is responding to the now cluttered topic. Conversely, I see no problem ā€˜bumpingā€™ once every month or two but, more useful, is the addition of new content.

Iā€™ll be cleaning all of the clutter ā€˜bumpā€™ posts out of this thread. Please do not keep ā€˜bumpingā€™ this without adding something to the conversation.

Thanks.

Thanks for cleaning up the thread. So lemme get this straight, bumping does nothing to put the post on top? So there isnā€™t such thing as a bump. The only way to move the topic to the top is to add more actual comments?
