Good time to listen to rock music station. Top 500 here

Who listens to the radio? 47 of the best songs coming. Lot of commercials but not the same 30 all day. Hope everyone has a blessed Memorial Day.

This not a hate on musicians or writers of songs, just radio station over play.
I once went to ever show that came to our area.
Would spend hours on end, picking through albums, at a music shop.
Traveled to New York city, in the early 70’s, to pick through albums’
But for me, radio, has murdered classic rock! With the OVEROVEROVEROVER bull shit.
I gave up on rock music stations 20 years ago now.
The endless regurgitation of great music, was turned to shit for me, as all those songs, are repeated like a psyc-ops, mind control protocol , over and over, until I began to hate hearing them.
Back in the 90’s, I started listening to classical music, to get away from popular music, as I found 99% of it pointless, or I could not understand any of their words, or had messages that sucked.
Just my opinion, not a popular one for sure.

Same boat almost I stopped listening to music radio about the same time. Same songs over and over. Last night they had a countdown of 500 greatest. Caught from 50 to 20 say all the hits was pretty cool. Sure the perfect weather beer and bong rips pulled the best out of it. I have my music on my phone if I like a song I’ll load the whole album then just shuffle songs. Few skips here and there but not limited to just the hits

Just the purely, repetitive way they ruined songs for me, and again, not the poets, not the music style either, just repeating until I hated to hear them.
Thank you for not being offended, as I was not in any manner, wanting that.

I don’t listen to the radio either. But I noticed how Spotify and Pandora and some of the other places play the same music over and over if you don’t have a playlist.
