Gordon's Guerilla 2018

Follow the ups and downs of growing outside in a random field in the cold of northern Europe.
3 (no 2 now) existing plots used last year and 2 new plot, hoping to open pollinate a few varieties.
Soil near me is solid clay and alkali, so it needs amending, which needs to begin now…

I have some seeds
Thanks to gaz and some orders coming through

SO this is what Im planning this season and it may fail completely yet..

Site M -
Mikado F3 (REGS open pollination)

Site G -
Sugar Black Rose
Both weak and sickly one died

Site E -
UK Landrace project Season 1 (included varieties listed)
KC 36, Danish Pot, Narkush, PCHDCHKMTDD, Knockout, Kalgraes F1’s
Will include pollen from any males at other plots

Site U -
Morrocan Hash Plant (REGS open pollination)

Site F
Nepal x Deimos (REGS open pollination)

Remember this is an outdoor grow and anything can go wrong at any minute
but if they Succeed you will be bestowed great giftness
if you can wait a year lol

I keep editing this as strategy changes - Deal with it

I can tell you have never been a guerrilla, failure is very likely
Im not going to lie to you men…
its a mission only for the brave

*This list already needs changing as I forgot the stuff kalgrae is gifting
think something of his should get an outing.

Well, I am not sure all of those amendments qualify as guerilla growing, lol.

The greater outdoors is no less forgiving.

Still, remain steadfast and brave, good sir.

It can be done. Grew this in New England last summer in the yard.

Nice rich muck.

Yes, let’s get to work on this right away.

The nutes are cute, but do you have a compost pile?

I would also recommend a pile of peat moss and tons of sea products, raw fish by-product if you can get it from the fish market. Piles of perlite!!!

This is my compost pile.

Yes, you are in the jungle. Bug Spray!

Do you have a water supply out there or will you rely on the English rain?

yep
its just annoying the only secluded places are poor quality but thats why they are not in use
all the good land is for horses for the rich here

I am so tired of hearing how the rich hoard everything.

They don’t seem to understand their place in the world. They have made up one of their own, which is untenable at best.

We’ll keep the politics in your thread lol

Very good.

So, yes, the sooner all of these things soak into the soil the better. Another heavy item missing from the list is dolomite lime. Maybe the soil is rich in minerals and won’t be needed, but crushed stone and such help with pH.

I need to do tests at the plots but I think its slightly alkali already
I may need to acidify

Had a few lockout issues at one plot and I put it down to PH as I nute lightly

also have some wood ash to add too not sure if thats acid
