I have never bought directly from Dark Heart only though collective retail store prices are all over the map depending on size / age of clones but around $10 bucks to $20 And my seeds come from a collective .
I got another bucket full yesterday thatās it I quit well maybe one more look .
Buwhahaha Thatās the fighting spirit. You have the weather man. Weāre down to freezing about every night now and setting into the 50ās for day temps.
At least weāre having a much more normal fall this year. It started early October last year and never let up. I ended up with close to two lbs. from my outdoor SSDD. It yielded well. I have close to the same on the IPA plant. Thatās saying a lot around here. Always something around here with the hail and other weather stuff. My buddy had some plants growing outside at another friendās place in Pueblo and lost them to our first hard 2 day freeze on Sept 7 or 8. He said they were between 12-15 ft tall. He lost it all. I had to build igloos over my two in the ground but the survived it unscathed. If they had been any taller than the 6-7 ft that they were, Iād probably have lost mine, too.
I think a hoop house type greenhouse with only shade cloth on it till late summer and then plastic through the fall, would be the ticket for my area. It would protect from the high elevation sun and the hail, and you could avoid freezes with the plastic in fall. Weāll see.
Arenāt you getting tired of trimming yet, lol. Iām the same way. No waste! peace
I havenāt even started yet just a little for testing purposes only lol . I did a small pipe load of this bling wow maybe a little heavy for this old man everything was moving around in a nice way .
Nice I really enjoyed some of the cuts I grew from dark heart nursery when I lived in the bay area. Glad these turned out so well for you.
It was a fun ride watching your outdoor grow and harvest this year, thanks for sharing this grow journal.
Great job Gramps! Love the color on them buds!!
I was tubbing some hanging and basket bud before this next storm the open end of the drying rack faces into the prevailing wind . This Rose caught my eye maybe the last of the year 11 - 17 - 2020
Your garden is beautiful! Lots of work and love put into it, and all your plants show it. So much respect for you Gramps your plants are about as healthy as possible . Iāve been stuck in basements and buildings forever, your garden is the true definition of freedom.
Iāll send ya my address ! Lol that was my thoughts yesterday when I baked my first brownies ! Looking great as always my friend!
Looking great bro. I ended up with almost 4 lbs out of the two plants. Iāll be gifting a lot of mine as well. And, Iāll smoke the rest until a new strain is finished. Happy Thanksgiving!
Sitting here yesterday trimming some Bling chopped up a little popcorn nug for the pipe one hit was good . Trimmed for a while and took another hit and was blasted and my vision was fogged , Don.t know if I was getting resin in my eyes or super strong smoke . Today I can see across the canyon real clear and things are not moving around lol
From the initial observation, that 3rd Bud from the Bottom Right doesnāt seem too invitingā¦if you want to toss it aside, Iāll be there in a few to dispose of it!!! Just tryinā to helpā¦lol. Do enjoy a festive/bountiful Holiday Season, take care, stay EXTRA safe and, as ever, be wellā¦mister
Is that the Vanilla Frosting still?
Hang on @misterbee! Those VF beans are coming soon. Iāll be inside more from here on out. Itās been a mostly nice Indian summer this year.
I feel as if you could jump around inside that plant and make some hash lol. Nice season - great grow despite your nasty neighbor issues!
There was a ton of popcorn still on it Iām done . Need to get ready for next season lol .
The sun seems really bright there. It must be very clean air there. Weāre super lucky to have some of the cleanest air in the country here.
I love the looks of the VF. Iām looking forward to popping a couple. I have them out and about to send some out to another OGāer. Have a nice off-season! peace
December Harvestā¦iĀ“d like to live in such a climate too.
