So no topping. Did you happen to do and bending and tying the top down? Also what size is the pot prior to the grounding?

No bending or tying over I just spread branches each one in its own little square . I use ag net every two feet I do use twine to help hold the weight if needed from branch to net above .

If you happen upon a tall lank plant with spaced out branch points ( asking for a friend lol) would you consider it? I wondered about training in general like if it is so popular due to indoor and it’s canopy management requirements but not necessarily the ideal outdoor go to.

Pics of the strain I have ( google could not find much on it, Friesland. ) and a few are lanky.

I would early on but I like using ag net first layer about two feet off the ground

Moved the Lady’s out again today for some sun and a good breeze . Found a couple of little worms one on a plant followed the trail and removed one green and one on my head brown It’s been windy and their blowing around on webs .

Looks like they doubled or more in size in 15 days .

Off topic,
Just reading through your thread, envy is stirring up my mind…
Been looking to get back OFF GRID. We had a 160 acre spread up in Kneeland, Ca. about 20 miles as the crow flies from the ocean, a beautiful spot.
We had a big veggie garden and small caretaker patch for 3, Dug fir, black walnut and madrone trees, goats and cows, working dogs ect… ect … We really miss the wide open and clean air. Just me and my son now. We are seriously looking!! It took me the good part of a year to find the Kneeland ranch.
It’s more about who you know, more so especially when trying to find good land out in the woods. I am ready to retire to a nice quiet place while the rest of the world goes crazy.Ha
Are you closer to NV than the Pacific? Sounds like you are from what I’ve read.
Any good deals on property out your way? Maybe a friend in the Real Estate biz?
Who knows, you may hear this old fart yelling, Hey Neighbor, whats cookin!!! HaHa
