The first variety that I grew when I started out on my own (after a rough tutelage), was Gage Green’s grape stomper F1. I rather enjoyed that variety. Very solid yielder, very potent smoke too. Quite a bit of variety in the pack flavor wise and effects were somewhat varied. I wish I had been able to successfully collect pollen, as one of the two males that I was trying to use, had the most psychedelic effect I’ve ever had from any cannabis, out of my volcano. I thought I had inhaled LSD or something. It was a wild experience.
Wasn’t able to hold on to the treasure trove of genetics that I worked up over the next few years during that period in my life. Original shoreline cut, original grape God cut. Original Bruce banner (#3?). Tranquil elephantizer selection I had made, roadkill unicorn, Sunshine Daydream winner… The white fire I selected from several packs from OG rascal was some of the dankest weed I’ve ever had.
I’m going to go shed a couple tears LOL
Anyway, I still have a couple packs of Gage’s work from back in the day. Are they worth getting into these days compared to say, most of Bodhi’s work?
I’d grow them out ASAP. They’re weird guys and charge crazy prices, but they have killer gear. Best of luck with them!! Grape Stomper/Sour Grapes is one of my favorites as well.
Not the pollen, although there may have been a bit in there. I tried to only vape the really Frosty leaves right around the sacks. Trying to get an idea of what the effect may have been.
The females didn’t have the super psychedelic effect, so I don’t know if it might have passed it on. I tried to collect some. Learned I was horribly allergic to cannabis pollen process as the closet where I flowered them out was in my bedroom
I would definitely grow them I’m a fan of gage greens work he has some fire! Due to his prices o don’t buy much of his packs. I did trade someone for 2 of his packs and found a nice keeper of hos strain called all gas. Me and my buddy loved it. I’d say pop them and trade some seeds with me!!!
