I have been neglecting them because of the landlord shenanigans bullsh*t! But yeah man.

They have been holding up.

They are going into one gallon pots, but they will be transplanted once i select the females to run till harvest.

Whatcha think?

I was thinking of using one gal pots till they show sex. I’ve been going from cups straight to 3 gal pots but it’s crowded. Do you finish in the 1 gal pots? Thanks @MadScientist! :cowboy_hat_face:

The last grow i just harvested was all on 1 Gal pots all the way.

12 plants in my 4x4, and got me around 20oz. Lemon Garlic OG x Starfighter & Alien Rift.

Yeah man!

EDIT

Here we have an updated tent, my 4x4 they way it should look. Crowded.

Sour Bubble in pink tags and Grass Monkey with green tags.

Plants might be looking a little yellow, but today they had their first feeding @ 240ppm with 5.8pH, about 3 cups each. They will be watered every other day with about 750mL during veg. Will be topping all of the plants twice before going to flower. Want 4 tops off of each plant.

Thanks gang, hope you enjoy this new grow.

Thanks @MadScientist! That’s what I want. So I wonder if the yield between a 1 gal and 3 gal pot is significant? Do you know? :cowboy_hat_face: How long did you veg the last harvest you speak of?

I think i vegged them for about 5 weeks, but they were stunted the first two weeks, so i dunno man.

The difference between a 3 and a 5 gallon pot, i still can’t judge, getting there bro. I believe after the harvest i made i won’t be using 3 gallon pots ever again.

One gallon of me.

After being neglected for almost a month, these babies are getting to grow into very beautiful plants. Already topped them once and will do it again in about a week or two, right before placing them on flowering.

Second batch in here, Sour Bubble and Grass Monkey.

There is a large difference between 1 and 3 gallon. Basically one can be a 1 ft plant the other 3 feet plant.
I was always taught 1 gallon per foot of height.

I have to disagree my friend @corners, i had my plants in 1 gallon pots, and they all reached almost 4 feet by the end…

Here it is, check it out. And my dark devils, they were in 1 gallon hempy cups and reached a very good 4 feet in height, and these were autos…

I don’t think anything like that is written, depends on a lot of things, root ball, air/water ratios, nutes, lights…

And of course genetics.

the chair fans make me less embarrased about my “growKaaba”. u got grokashi? meet grokaaba. ever wonder what was under the tarp in Mecca? now u know. 4’x6’x7’H, 2x3 lumber, Panda film, reflective-bubble ceiling, 8 15w LEDs, fan from craigslist, duct tape. (oscillating tower fan with random-mode, is actually really good, imo. has a de-ionizer that doesn’t like extreme humitidity  ).
