Hey guys starting a thread here to keep everything in one place. I am trying to get through a decent amount of my seed collection as they are starting to age. Everything has been kept in the fridge so I am having good germ rates.
I am a mostly organic grower but have been experimenting with coco lately as well.
I’ll be starting off with my organic soil bed tent. It is a 4x4 tent with a 4x4 grassroots soil bed filled with old diy and bas 3.0 soil. This is my first grow in the bed, I usually flower them out in 20 gal pots but want to do more than the 4 large plants in there now.
At this time I have some Bodhi and CSI seeds going. 9 Blue Tara, 4 Strawberry Mountain, 2 Goji OG, 1 Gs Diesel Kush popped on Aug 1st waiting to sex and flip.
I have a 2nd 4x4 tent going as well, I am germinating 5 SSDD, 5 Dream Beaver and 6 Sunshine 4 seeds. I have not decided if these will be in coco or soil yet.
The 3rd tent is my coco tent that I am going to be running some clone only plants to get some smoke in house sooner. I have GG4 and King Louis Og mothers in 3 gallons vegging before I take cuts and flip.
The plants are digging into the soil and starting the grow quick now. A couple of the strawberry mountains are showing sex. They look to be males. Will start flower tonight in here.
Coco tent getting ready to flip as well. Took a cut off the king Louis tonight will grab one tomorrow if the GG4 then will flip to flower this week. King Louis first then GG4
Welp I got bit in the ass planting seeds in the bed before sexing them. All the strawberry mountains and goji og showed male. I’m down to 1 G’s diesel kush from CSI and 4 Blue Tara females so far with 2 more waiting to show. The middle and right side of the bed are looking empty. I just switched them to 12/12 last night gave them another week of veg with all the open area available.
Seedlings are all growing good, they got a little dried out on the weekend but are bouncing back nice. I’ll be vegging these a couple more weeks then I will fill the 4 open areas in the coco tent and maybe throw a couple in the empty areas in the soil bed as well.
King Louis and GG4 on day 14 now, cleaned them up a bit tonight and plugged more cuts of the King Louis since my first one didn’t take. GG4 rooted so she’ll be around a bit.
