Thank you for bringinging that over  Did you happen to read the email exchanges?

slow your roll clownboy

GLC gets my money any day of the week. Order 20 seeds get 30 freeā€¦.wow and good free chit too. Think I get LBF x SFV on my last order. Think Iā€™ll run that before I run the seeds I paid for.

Only had one problem with a Bodhi pack and a labeling mixup. DBJ answered my email within 24hrs and offered to send out a replacement pack. I decided to keep it and will be chopping down some massive plants in a few days. He still told me to send a copy of the email with my next order. Iā€™d say that s petty good customer serviceā€¦good karma

GLG is the only bank I deal with, hard for me to imagine a scenario in which the coozie wasnā€™t in the package, that just doesnā€™t make sense to me.

On an another note altogether, keep hearing good things about the Bad Dawg Atonic crosses. If it werenā€™t for stupid plant counts Iā€™d give those a try for sure.

Youā€™re dragging that shit here too? Cā€™mon man. Take it back to the email chain between you and GLG.

Holding an account for 14-15 years at RIU with no track record does not make a reputation. Having a savings account with a $500 balance for 15 years doesnā€™t give you clout with the bankā€¦and neither does having a RIU account for 15 years with no post or comment history until you want to complain.

Older Bodhi packs are much smaller than MMS packs and would be easier to misplace/forget to packā€¦yet somehow Iā€™ve managed to receive every. single. pack. that Iā€™ve ever ordered from GLG. Iā€™m not saying youā€™re 100% full of shitā€¦but your actions arenā€™t exactly swaying any first impressions.

Besides, losing the MMS gear you claim GLG didnā€™t ship wouldnā€™t be the worst thing in the world. Definitely less frustrating than chopping it after it herms and pollinates the rest of your plants.

It is odd to cite a decade plus of membership on another forum to establish credibility when theyā€™re using a new account on the other forum with 9 or so posts, all but one of which is about this exact topic. Obviously a person mightā€™ve lost their account login details and found themselves creating a new account, but youā€™d think that person might post ā€œHey, itā€™s me, under a different name!ā€ or something.

GLG is well loved by many and the main reason is the customer service they provide. If only posting in order to sling mud is your thing , you may want to go continue your illustrious 14 year career ā€¦

Good 2 hear

I recently received an order from GLG, overall a good experience.

I think they could do better with communication, and based on my experience with USPS, I think they should not be telling people to get blank money orders.

It is not easy or normal to get a blank money order, and that created a lot of problems. They should just say cash only.

GLG returned my money order. I had a problem with the money order and had to get a refund. Even though I had the money order and the stub, it took 5 attempts in two states before we got a postal employee who knew how to do a refund.

They kept telling us to come back another day, or to take the USPS money order to a bankā€¦ as if a bank has anything to do with a Postal Service money order.

Because of the difficulty with the money order, it took a long time to get the payment sent back. I sent in a new payment, but my order had been cancelled without notifying me.

I think they should clearly notify their customers if they cancel an order. They sent the same form email several times that said they had not yet received my replacement payment, but no indication that the order had been cancelled.

Fortunately they got in touch when they received the payment and recreated my order. One of the packs had sold, but luckily there was another pack from the same breeder that suited my medical needs.

Being a medical patient my needs are specific, and it was dumb luck that they had something else that worked for me. Iā€™m happy with the replacement pack, but itā€™s a fluke that I was able to get something I could use. I would have preferred it if they held the order, or at least communicated clearly when they cancelled my order and sold the pack.

Overall a good experience with GLG, but I had a lot of problems dealing with USPS for the money order glg requested as payment.

Obviously this can be difficult if youā€™re in a rural area, but in my experience itā€™s easier (and possibly cheaper) to buy a money order at a supermarketā€™s service desk. That said I havenā€™t bothered with an MO in quite awhile.

When I went to my local post office the old lady there told me she didnā€™t know how to do money orders lol and to go to a different post office. Defiantly seems to be something thatā€™s fading away.

For the record, if the money order was blank when you got it back, you could have written it out to yourself and deposited it in your bank. I live in the boonies and my credit union is several states away, but I can use my phone to deposit checks and money orders. If itā€™s deposited before 2 PM, it shows up in my balance by 6 PM the same evening.

In my state western union wonā€™t give you a blank money order. They fill out the money order on a computer and print out the money order typewritten and filled out.
