To me that is part of what truly shows the character of GLG .
Things like MO , annoying mobile site etc etc . IMHO do not mean anything when a person takes into account they are 100% honest , trustworthy , and offering a good service as basically a one man show.
All of that is super rare in general retail let alone in the weed seed biz.
From what I can tell no matter what the problem may be , if a little patience and respect is practiced it is more then made right.

No I didnât change adress. I asked post office to keep the lettres I receive. Please donât say bullshit about me, I have the mails too.
Police raided my home. This is why I had to cancel other order. But nothing to do with this order. Itâs in the mails too. Why do you say that ?
And I sent you a mail from the post office saying they loose the order and canât change the thing on the computer. You never answered and blocked my mail adress.

Yepper Canada Post will NOT issue blank money orders, neither do the banks. Even Western Union and all others are same. Canadians cannot get a blank money order especially in US dollars LOL. Cash E-transfer or CC.

This might be above your pay grade, but what was up with Generic Seeds selling them Hermie Kashmir for $100 a pack, thru your site?
Iâm one of like a dozen people, just on this site, who grabbed a pack to find out after the fact that the parents were known to be hermies.
Iâm not asking for a replacement, or refund, but yâall lost a bunch of good customers with that shit. Your response here has an opportunity change that, or reinforce it.

This is 1 of the best test grow reports I have seen. Please read the whole thread. I have had great feed back on these.
The only plants that showed hermies showed up at the end of the grow.
The seeds that came from the very late hermies were packaged separately and were marked as such.
And I would include them in a preservation project. Grown in different conditions they may be great.
And I do not know what you mean by âabove my pay gradeâ?

I have. The quality of their journal was neither the problem I brought up, nor was it what I paid them, and you, for. It was indeed a very well written journal.
This is the problem. The plants were found to be hermies, and then the seeds were still disseminated.

I know not of this situation other than thread read, but in customer service, especially in the social strata, to argue is pointless without an offer to spend more money. ??? I personally like to be told, this was the situation, hereâs what we are doing to fix it and when it is Iâll give you a free one or % off deal.
I have heard in Michigan of GLG, never, anything but how frikkin cool they are. Hope it works out.

I am not going to keep going back and forth with you on this matter. Please read the the grow log.
Only several plants showed any intersex traits and that was at 80 days. I personally would have wanted the seeds from these plants because they may not hermi if grown in a different climate.
These seeds were marked and in seperate packs.15 from the good plants. And 5 seeds from the plants that hermied at 80 days. Below is how they were listed on our site.
I am sorry if you feel GLG or Generic intended to not give you what you paid for.

Hey @Great_lakes_Genetics I have a question for you if you dont mind. Firstly I am Canadian and would love to grab some bodhi packs off you but sending cash in a tracked envelope is crazy expensive from here. Was wondering if there would be any way to figure out an online payment method like PayPal ect. Even if it was just a one time thing. Thank you very much!
