I opened a case already, but they gave up after like 3-4 days and recommended I file a claim.
If I were you, Iād follow up using your case number and ask if you can speak to anyone else about it, perhaps someone who actually has the power to re-open the case. I donāt think thatāll make much difference, but while you have them on the phone, ask them to clarify what happens if you file a claim, the claim is paid out, then the package is found or delivered.
Great Lakes Genetics is top notch. Great selection. Excellent service. The moment that they made me smile, was when I open my package and found a free sheet of sandpaper, inside. I just placed my first order with GLG.
I ordered two varieties of Bodhi Seed and got two other Bodhi seeds packs free. I also got two GLG testers for free. They sent a cozie, stickers and a ā35 mm film canā with sandpaper in it and the instructions on how to use it.

Iām still a pretty big newbie, but Iām a big fan of their auto genetics. I ordered some of their Sunset sherbet autos a few months ago, but havenāt had a chance/spot to grow them out yet.

This is false info. I have dealt with them several times. They always have been responsive and helpful when it comes to costumer service. He even resent an order that was lost by the usps.

Right on man. Itās quite hard to take anything seriously from someone whoās only post are bashing a highly respected seed seller who just joined days ago. Really seems suspect to me. 20 or more orders. 100 or more packs plus the 100 or so freebie packs purchased. Hiccups occurred rarely but were always taken care of. Never not received something I paid for. Worst hiccup I had was my order was lost. And what I ordered was out of stock after the fact and I had to choose a different pack. Not on glg. But, you do you man.

idk if the owner of GLG is a member here but I read your complaint at RIU where he responded. Iām not taking sides but I think itās only fair itās shared here.
On Friday the 10th at 4pm,you left a message that you felt your order was missing some seeds.
At 11pm Friday the 10th, Dave told you we were off for the weekend, but he would CK out it Monday.
He also asked you if you looked in the koozie. We get a lot of people that do not look in the Koozie for the freebies and bodhi packs and email us about it. I high lighted these items to show we were trying to help the customer ASAPYou did not reply about looking in the Koozie, so we figured you found them.
On Tuesday the 14th at 4pm you sent Dave a message that said there was no Koozie and no Bodhi seeds or Freebies. And you wanted to know about the seeds you say were missing.
On Wednesday the 15th at 10:30 I personal returned your message. Here it is.Hello

Please ck where you opened the package. I am sure the seeds were sent.
Every package gets double checked. I pull all the orders and add the freebies.
Then Deb crosses them off of the list as she packs the order. Orders are done 1 at a time.

before I had even seen your reply.I had also sent you a picture of your invoice that shows every thing on your order, and they are all crosses off with a yellow highlighter.
So I pulled the seeds, stickers and Koozie.
Then HDD ckās them off the list and put the freebies in the Koozie. Puts the Koozie in the Plastic bag and them puts the plastic bag into the manila envelope.
I personal do not think that both Deb and I confirmed they were there, but they werenāt.And every order gets a Koozie and a freebie and Deb feels that there is no way she did not put a Koozie in your order.
I try to make all my customers happy. And I feel the way we double ck things works very well.

My gut tells me if you really did have seeds missing a little bit of patience before going around complaining about the company would of ended up with some more mailed to youā¦
