Green House Seed Co

Hey guys! I just wanted to start a topic on Green House Seed Co., and your favorite strains from them! :metal:

I am currently running a Franco’s Lemon Cheese from them, and a Lemon Skunk! :metal:

I couldnt find a topic specific for them. I grew up skimming the High Times catalogs, and always would see their adverts in there. I finally am running 2 from their collection! :metal:

What are your experiences with them, and what are your likes and dislikes?:potted_plant::seedling::metal:

Franco gets alot of shit for his antics but I very much respect his work. Haven’t tried his cheese but I’ve tried a daughter of his super lemon haze cut and it pretty much immediately became my favorite daytime flavor. I’ve never had the opportunity to sample Dutch bud in a coffee shop. It’s something I’d absolutely love to do. I almost got out there to tour some flower hoop houses for a work project but never panned out.

My understanding is his genetics are world class but that whole group were kinda shady. Seems like they intentionally passed out Dutch mids genetics wherever they went, saving the good stuff for themselves

Ive been a classic european genetics hater for the past 10 years but i decided to give greenhouse a shot after seeing some fantastic grow reports from home grow tv on youtube. They’re growing in columbia right now which is super cool. I grabbed

  • Bubba Slush
  • kings juice
  • wonder pie
  • chemical bride

No I didn’t grow her, but one of my friends was growing it for about a year straight. It was frosted up like crazy and had a real funk to her. Very strong too. Had to be high 20’s if not higher

They look like they are doing well with the bending!

With the GH lemon skunks I grew there were two phenos: squat, low, terps more acidic/chemical lemon and fainter, and then a larger, faster one, a little bit more skunk in its form and with much sweeter terps. Kept the second one.

I made a new scrog for this run.

It has changable leg heights : 18",20" and 24".

This is with the 20 inch tall legs.

I thought the lemon yellow line would be appropriate for this lemon run! :lemon:

Still some room to move things around. I like weaving the line like a giant tennis racket so i can manipulate the line into where i want, and expand the 3"x3" hole openings.
