@Conor_c Outside of that super lemon taste the high is complex, multi-layered, like a good OG. The sativa burst at the start has this lead dragging indica weight right underneath it, anchoring it, holding it back, and then as the sativa brightness/shine washes down the Kush just starts pulling you down down down

Yeah i would say it is in the vein of that. I was hoping for more of a citrus side of things, but it smells of orange peel and taste like how i discribed. It still good smoke and im happy lol.

Well it definitely can change in cure. Mine smells/tastes like Lemonheads candy…it’s just silly how much I love it 
Edit: I did just grab that Lemon Orange strain, you might want to try that too if you’re going for straight citrus

I cut the barneys farm pink kush tonight aswell. I was going to just let it set outside, but meh. It wasnt going to amount to much anyway.

Lemon skunk, yeah. But the daughter plants coming from that can def enhance it, SLH, etc. Plus I’ve never grown a citral

It’s lemony slightly Herby Ime been a while since I had some mind you it was pretty mild but nice from what I remember you could tell it’s from chitrali stock cos anything has it in it tends to have a particular citrus note mixed with something else and I’ve literally only detected it in chitrali and it’s hybrids nothing else and I trust my nose more than some do

Lemon G for me, though it’s got more going on and a depth to it that is simply awesome! Just smelling her when she’s growing will brighten your day. SLH is more candied lemon.
I once grew a lemon haze auto that makes me really want to try finding some photo beans. But I have multiple gens of SLH I still haven’t sorted through…

@Conor_c You know, the 8th of Oakstradam I grabbed reads limonene at .8%. Precise or not, maybe an adequate read of how lemony it really is lol…because of that, I believe: super uplifting, almost giddy like an SLH, but without haze time dilation. This is a happy cheerleader OG haha. Neat

The only seed I tried was an Ed Rosenthal Super Bud Auto.
It wasn’t as vigorous as I had hoped . This was a while back.
Smoke was nice.
I love their video content though.

The original is pretty good has some nice pineapple phenos in the line too never tried an auto version of eds super bud though didn’t even know that’s a thing as for msnl they buy direct from breeders like alot Is from nirvana and bomb seeds like there cheese is there’s hash bomb THC bomb I figure they buy some from sensi seeds too they just don’t state who it comes from so much
Had you tried any of thc bombs gear? Ibe heard good things. I ran a thc bomb x some random cookies awhile ago that pcg put out called ‘molotov cocktail’ that was really nice. I suspect the bomb is super easy to grow but I’ve never had the motivation to source any seeds

Yeah a few I quite like the cheese bomb it’s not the most cheese dominant hybrid you will find but it’s nice in its own right kinda piney fuelly with a cheesy back end THC bombs ok too but it’s more pheno dependant some are better/more dense/tasty than others apparently it’s a couple of Aussie blokes that run it in Amsterdam they say they breed there still too not bus seeds in from Spain like most do as well

Oh cool, you’re the first person I’ve spoken with that has grown their gear. Their thc bomb had a cut of her floating around a few years ago, was really popular for a minute than disappeared just as quickly as she showed up. Would be cool to see more of his gear run

That’s a classic OG cut…. I used to vend Oaksterdam cuts back in like ‘10-‘15 or so, and their OG was as good as just about any other. I’m stoked someone preserved it in its original name and nice to see it grown well and on the shelves at some spots……i know for a fact it was renamed all kinds of “proprietary” names and sold for huge amounts back then……

She is still around. There are a few folks on the board with her, between the oaksterdam cut and bty I prefer the terps on the bty cut but the oak cut is just a stronger more resilient plant.
They’re the only two verified ogs I’ve personally grown so I don’t have a whole lot to compare them too but they’re both damn nice phenos
