We actually are sending up 1.5 tons today to Canada, ideally it should be ready to ship in 2-4 weeks from today! including the samples
These days, after about 2 minutes and over a dozen attemps at correctly completing CAPTCHA after CAPTCHA, I just give up and move on. Haha. I guess I’ll just manually check back in a couple weeks.
maybe I see about removing that
Wow quick responsive customer service with a real solution!. That is what I like to see in a company. Plus the one part rocks!
Megacrop is amazing. When mixing up a solution and hand watering a plant nothing comes close to how it performs.
If your using a drip system or hydroponic recirculating system I’d avoid megacrop unless you enjoy unblocking your lines constantly.
It’s amazing stuff when used under the right conditions
Ime the two part stays dryer…more control…more work.
The one part can come clumped but gl sent another.put silicate in it.
The extra N doesnt hurt in flower if you balance with pk and give few more days no feed.
I just never understood the proper week rate for Sea K powder drench or foliar. I assume max is how much potassium it can handle?
we have a new slight update to the formula which should be more soluble (for organic buildup), but there are a lot of organics in it so this type of stuff will happen to some extent. We also have the 2-Part series which is 100% fully soluble with no buildup for fertilizer injectors, so if that is valuable to you I would suggest using the 2 part
the Sea-K has natural plant hormones from seaweed, so its hard to give an exact estimate of how much you need. Usually we say between 1-4g per gallon, but you could use less or more also. For foliar use the lower side, 1g or less. It also does have 19% K which can help for flowering as well.
This is the issue. Organic substances tend to cling to silicone that most lines etc are made of. It’s not your fault to be honest. Keep doing your thing. Megacrop is excellent when used correct
Fair enough thanks. Last question, is the cytokinin to auxin ratio (hopefully only trace gib) high cytokinin or about same?
Just finishing my first run with mega crop as the additiinal fertilizer to my soil grow. Worked pretty good. Easy to use. I will keep using the 2 part with additives
this fan leaf grew up on MC 2 partI actually don’t have that data, but our Sea-K kelp source now I believe is the highest quality extract available currently (and most expensive). Its done with a new enzyme extraction method and provides the highest bioactive content with a golden color. Our previous ones and the common ones are a black color which is from chlorophyll and a less pure extraction.
Interesting. I have some of that black, sort of “crystallized” kelp “powder” from a different seller (I won’t mention, don’t know I that’s allowed here). It “appears” to fully dissolve, but if were to let it rest after magnetic stirrer mixing, there is some stuff that kind of settles. Is this newer stuff you have more of a fully soluble product?
I haven’t used mine much, mainly because I don’t want organics in my irrigation lines. So I want the benefits because I’m using coco currently. So I’ve removed some fertilizer solution from the main res and put it in a bucket and mixed the kelp (and a couple other things) into a bucket a few times lately, and hand watered that.
Any idea how this compares to npk raw / kapix kelp? This one seems to have a higher potash content not sure if that means anything but the use rate seem lower on the npk one too. I noticed there’s none in stock in Canada either/ seems to be double the price too which kinda sucks.
@Nitt that’s pretty much what I do when I need to use kelp I’ve tried kelp and the 1 part MC in my reservoir and it was not a fun time lol smelled so bad. I still have 20+ lb of the MC I hope to eventually use on my vegetables outdoors haha
@GreenleafNutrients could you offer some insight as to which formula of sweet candy you are marketing and selling now ? there are 5 bits of conflicting information on your web pages on that particular product, which i understand can happen when you are growing and re-formulating products for better results. Find it a bit frustrating not being able to open your web page and reliably source information from it. A small reformulating of the web-page would go a long way to match your amazing product lines.
Yeah we used to sell this type too. The one we have is better (higher active ingredients and more concentrated). Most companies don’t actually “make” the kelp, its just rebranded and resold from a few major factories world wide. The equipment to refine, process and harvest kelp and the scale that goes on with this process is extremely large and is done at mega facilities. So essentially we are just sourcing types of kelp, and the new one we just upgraded to is the latest most advanced process, and the most expensive also.
We are restocking Canada just yesterday sending the order up with a replenishment. It should be available for order in Canada in 2-4 weeks of 200g and 1kg sizes. We have 1300 units of Sea-K Kelp in transit now heading up!
The Canadian website pricing includes shipping and all GST/HST, and its in CAD so it should only be about 5-10% more expensive max compared to USA once the final price is considered.
Since 2021 we have only had this formula shipping for all sizes. We have some older bags that we just reused since we didn’t update some of the sizes with the new label.
EXCELLENT WORK!!! SS/BW…mister
