Has anyone used grow dots extended veg with autoflowers? If so what strength?

I have! I grew out a Vaders Musk, a Mephisto F1. She was gorgeous. I think I grew her in a 2 gallon fabric pot. Wish I would have went larger in hindsight.
Havent used growdots brand but i have done full photoperiod grows with osmocote + controled release fertilizer which seems to be pretty similar. Works really good if you want a simple water only grow.
