People around Denver have been talking about a red glow above Mile High stadium.

It turns out the groundskeepers are using large arrays of LEDs to keep the grass growing.

I used to live 30+ miles east of denver, out in the boonies. We could see the glow above the city from our house and would joke about nuclear fallout. Having the glow be extra red would have added an exciting element to it.
